    My older cat

    By on

I have an older car. His name is Max and he is 17 years old. He began to lose his appetite several months ago. I tried many different brands, but nothing appealed to him until I discovered the Fancy Feast line. Now his appetite has returned and he wants to eat several times a day. I feel fortunate to have found a food that is to his liking. I like using Chewy because of all the selections and the delivery is quick!

    Looks like real food

    By on

This product actually looks like shredded chicken and beef with a fair amount of juices. I couldn’t get one of my cats to eat food with the prescription fiber, so I thought I’d try this food since it looks and smells like real food to cover the meds. I put a scoop of pumpkin purée in the dish (pumpkin is to help with kidney issues instead of the fiber pills) and then dumped the food over it and voila she eats it all - eventually of course.

    Cat consistently eats this!

    By on

You won't believe this, but I really do have a finicky cat. This is one of the foods that she will actually eat on a consistent basis. She gobbles it right up.

    I Love Chewy

    By on

Cat food is always fresh. You can tell by the color of it. Other places I’ve bought from the food was gray in color and my cat didn’t want to eat it!

Not always a winner with my tabby

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

My cat has her moments when she goes crazy for chicken & beef together. Other times she will not touch it.

    Recently diagnosed with CKD

    By on

My Rogie has stage 2 kidney disease. He is not a big fan of the prescription food for kidney disease.I have been looking for alternative wet food with a low phosphorus content. This is better than his regular canned food as far as phosphorus goes. But he's not a big fan of the shreds. He's very fussy but I think that's part of the CKD. He eats it but I usually have to mix it in with some pate cat food.

    Picky Kitty with Kidney disease

    By on

My 17-year-old cat was recently diagnosed with kidney disease. He's also become a picky eater in his old age. He doesn't particularly like the prescription food so I found a list of non-prescription foods that had lower levels of phosphorous and protein. I was excited to find this on the list because he generally loves FF food. Unfortunately, he's not crazy about the shreds and leaves most of it in the bowl.
