Crack for chicks

An instant hit!

My hen took to these so fast she recognized the bag after one time getting them and learned "gold egg treat" in under a week. They have a stronger but pleasant herb odor and are soft and decent sized bites. These are her new favorites!

Chickens love them!

I agree with the other review that said you will have a hard time sticking to the treat feeding guidelines.. 7 out of 8 of my chickens go crazy for these treats. They will even fly up to wherever they think you are giving the treats out. I have one chicken that's a little picker, and she loves these more than anything else I give out.

My ducks and chickens LOVE Golden Egg Nugget Chicken Treats

I originally bought this treat supplement because it's like a suet type treat for winter, and found that my ducks and chickens love it so much, that I entire them to go back into their enclosures after their free range for its over. You'll have a hard time sticking to the feeding guidelines, however I highly recommend sticking to the 5 pieces per bird when you do give it to them because maintaining healthy weight of your birds dramatically reduces health issues and safe egg production. There's nothing sadder than losing one of one's flock by something preventable like egg bound.
