I have found that my dogs really enjoy jerky treats. I appreciated that one of the first ingredients listed was real meat. For this reason as well as the price (it was on a deal at the time) is why I ordered it. It is also fun that it includes three different flavors so my dogs get a bit of variety. I would definitely recommend.
My 2 dogs love these treats, and I like the variety pack, they don't get tired of them. So grateful to have found these.
I swear everything I get for this picky kid of mine, he sniffs it, licks his lips, takes it, drops it, and it sits on the floor for few days. I give a big ole sigh, tell him he has it better than a lot of doggies, we will make others happy and throw what's been sitting out. Sorry he's so picky, I apologize
I have used these as a high value training reward with my extremely strong willed St.Pyr to get her to recall even in the most distracting circumstances. There is nothing she loves more than these. I have sorted them into ziplock bags as the chicken tends to dry out, so we use up that flavor first. The remainder lasts a long time and even when it starts to dry, still breaks into rid bit sized morsels. We’ve been buying these treats exclusively for over two years.
I like that this is a variety pack. We let the dogs choose their flavor when we give them one. They know they only get one so they sniff them all and then finally take one in their mouth. Fun to watch them do that and both the puppy and the senior dog like them. In fact, the senior dog is usually slow and leaves it behind if it's too much work and then the puppy steals it. That is not a problem, they both eat all of their own treats.
She loves them ! I choose this idem because it’s USA made ! My dog is precious to me . I want something that won’t hurt her and she loves ! Thanks
I have let them pick which one they want and they try and gobble all of them. So glad there is a variety and they are too. Will purchase again and again.
I have four rescued-from-the-pound companions of varying ages (7 to 20) and sizes (8 to 98 pounds). We all live together in the country. It is difficult to find a treat that suits everyone. This product does exactly that though, and I am thankful to Farmland Traditions for making a good, healthy treat for such a varying range of personalities, ages, and tastes. I am able to break the larger treats into small pieces for my little one and my little old lady and give my two larger boys whole treats.
My two girls, Piper and Pru, love their jerky treats and especially the ones from Farmland Traditions. They are allergic to grains so finding grain-free treats for them which are made in America can at times be a challenge. They know exactly what containers the treats are in and when I ask them which treat they want they always nudge the container with the Farmland Traditions Jerky Treats first.
I usually buy the chicken only, thought I would change it up for my dog which is a lab/doodle mix. She is definitely a fan of the all chicken bag - but another dog I sit for once in awhile, likes the duck, beef.
