Cats love this
My cats love love love this. I don't know how its different then other wand cat toys but they go nuts for this.
Wish it were more durable
My Bobbi is absolutely obsessed with this toy! Whenever she hears me grabbing it from the trunk, she comes flying down. A couple of things prevented me from giving it full marks though: 1) the fabric isn't sewn together too tightly and the stuffing has come out through the seams after playing with it a few times 2) the plastic streamer bits also aren't too tightly attached to the base and are pretty fragile themselves. it may pose as a choking hazard to a particularly overzealous cat, so be sure to put it away when not in use

Cats absolutely loved it but I left one cat alone with it for 5 minutes and he chewed threw the line. It also is hard to swing; the pole isn’t long enough.

Good teaser toy if the stick were longer. Very hard to play with cat cause you cant throw, it also needs more weight on teaser at end of string.
Riley approves
our indulged kitten has many toys and not all meet her high demands. The Craw Daddy has a soft slightly springy string. It has achieved high marks with Miss Riley.

I bought one, and the cats played so hard they tore it up, guts hanging out! Lol. So, I bought 8 more, two to give away and the rest for back up. It makes my lazy boy Puck do high jumps and he’s not ever this motivated for anything. Now we can get him to play hard and be healthier.
Cut off the frills
Cat is obsessed with this. Senior kitty and he does front and back flips while playing. Only 4 stars because the frillies we're easily ripped thru so i cut them off within the first 5 mins. He doesn't care though even the un frilled naked crawfish makes him go nuts in the best way possible

My cats all love this toy. They are obsessed with it. Our oldest cat usually doesn’t play with most toys, and he goes crazy for this one!

Well made, fun but the ribbons can be ripped to pieces easily. They should be stronger. It would also help if the stick were longer. But my kitty does enjoy it.
Smack Happy Crawdaddy Wand Toy
Right out of the Chewy box, my cat Vivian just could not wait to smack the crawdaddy around with both paws! Super cute and unique as far as wand toys are designed. I took a star off because the green plastic streamers on the end, were too similar to thin plastic trash bags. Would have liked all cloth ribbons on the end. Vivian does not need to chew or play with shredded thin plastic, so I cut them off along with the paper tags. The blue ribbons still look good. Would also like it if the stripped cloth line was a thicker material. Still, fun playtime for kitty.
