Very well made and nice size. Unfortunately, my toy aficionado said “no”. The Kong toys don’t last 10 minutes. This one is still untouched. Perhaps the catnip wasn’t up to his standards?
Seems to only have small amounts of catnip. He kcks it anyhow.
Now to start off this toy might work for other kitties. My Pumpkin walked up to this kicker, sniffed at it, and walked away. He does love kicker toys but for some reason he was not attracted to this one. I decided to pass it along to a friend who has a kitty.
My three cats have grown up playing with Fat Cat toys. The toys are durable, colorful, and fun for the cats to kick, bite, and bat around.
I bought 2 Fat Cat kickers based on reviews I read. I have 6 cats and there was absolutely no catnip reaction from any of them. Even if only 1 liked it I'd be Ok with it. When they arrived the first thing I did was rub them and smell them, I pretty much knew which way this was going to go. Needless to say this was a disappointing purchase.
It is useless. Nothing about it to make a cat want to play with it. Wasted my money.
My yellow lab loves that thing, he picks it up and just runs around. I wish it was smaller for my cats to enjoy. My sisters big cats love to kick it and roll around with . Its so funny just to see it on the floor kicking around
This is my cat's favorite toy. He loves to pounce on it, kick it, and carry it around.
Ok, I admit it ... I didn’t read the size specs before ordering this. So I was surprised to see how big it is. (9 inches) But my cat plays with it and rolls around against it — mostly when I first gave it to him. Although he can’t bat it around very far, like he can with an average-size toy.
The cats weren't terribly impressed by this, but my dog loves it! After taking it into his room 5 or 6 times, we just let him keep it. It lives on his bed now.
