How do you replace the liquid

To refill, unplug the diffuser and allow to cool. Twist bottle and pull down gently until it releases from the unit and discard the empty bottle. Replace by using only Felisept diffuser refills.

DOES NOT WORK.

I WANT A REFUND FOR THESE. I BOUGHT 3 AND HAVE TRIED ONE FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AND FOUND IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. REFUND, NOW.

The Best Diffuser I Ever Had

This diffuser is amazing. My cats were so nice to each other and they stayed in the front room the whole bottle. There were no cracks or leaks in the bottle.

Diffuser Set leaks.

The diffuser leaks... I don't know if it is cracked or what. When you unplug it, it leaks all over.
