Keep your cat feeling right at home with the Feliway Cat Diffuser Refill. When a cat feels comfortable in their environment, they rub their cheeks against objects like the wall or furniture, leaving a facial pheromone behind. This refill is designed to work with the Feliway Diffuser, and it’s a synthetic copy of their own facial pheromone. By filling the air with a scent that mimics their own natural pheromones, this diffuser refill creates a state of familiarity and security. This makes it a great tool to help cats cope with challenging situations, and to help prevent or reduce stress caused by a change in their environment.
Refill works with the Feliway Cat Diffuser plug-in. Easily pop the old one out and replace with the new one.
Mimics cat’s natural facial pheromones, which creates a state of familiarity and security.
May help with stressful situations like a new pet, moving to a new home, visitors or even rearranging the furniture.
Veterinarian recommended and clinically proven to start seeing results within the first week.
For best results plug diffuser in room where cats spend most of their time together.
It is not recommended to plug a Feliway diffuser in a room with caged birds, as some caged birds are known to have sensitive respiratory systems.
Analogue of Feline Facial Pheromone: 2%. Excipients to: 100g
Just screw the refill vial onto the diffuser unit and plug it into an electric socket in a room where the cat spends most of her time.
Avoid plugging the diffuser behind furniture as it may result in impaired circulation of the pheromones and the efficacy of the product may be compromised.
The diffuser should be plugged in continuously for best results.Refill vials last for 30 days and one diffuser covers an area up to 700 sq. feet. If you have a multi-story home, you may need more than one diffuser.
I have two cats from shelters and I love them so much and want them to be comfortable in our new home. This Feliway Classic formula really works for us. One of the cats is feral and skittish. It noticeably helps her feel more comfortable. Our male cat was peeing outside the litter box (a clean litter box) and I think it's due to all the wildlife and neighborhood cats in our yard. Thanks to this formula he's no longer doing so.
I think they help

Vet recommended trying as have way too many cats in the house so territorial marking. In other words were peeing all over the house not always in litter box. Made several changes, one was adding lots more boxes, one in every room, one in each bathroom, 3 in garage, 2 more in shed. Spraying high prone areas of squirt lol with peppermint extract plus made containers with wicks added peppermint extract and placed around areas of concern. Then added the feliway in several rooms. Knock on wood SEEMS to be helping but not yet winter when all 10 will be inside but so far so good.

I have a cat that has some kind of anxiety disorder. He would lick his abdomen to the point that he would have raw open spots. He’s been on a a special diet that has to be ordered by his Veterinarian Though think it has helped him it didn’t prevent him from excessively grooming himself.
This product is pricey but worth every penny! I know it works because I’ve ran out of tit a couple of times and he immediately starts excessively licking himself again. My cat no longer has any raw spots on his belly. 100% satisfied!
So far...so good.

My cat has recently lost two sisters and has been moved twice so she started pooping on the floor. We used one of these right after the move and I forgot and left it in 6 weeks before I changed it. She continued to poop for about 6 days but has now stopped for over a week. Not long enough to tell for sure but results seem promising!

I have reviewed this product many times, but since they are asking me to review it again all I can say is I have used the classic for a single cat and have used the multi when I had two cats and I got very good results from both. It was great for calming a very nervous cat and now is helping to keep my crazy wild cat from getting to crazy. I can always tell when the bottle is about empty because her behavior gets worse. I have been using this product for over 10years and have always had some sort of results with it. I absolutely recommend it. Of course if you cat is indoor outdoor I am not sure how it would work, but for all indoor cats with the house closed up it is very effective.
A Calmer Cat House

Introducing a new kitty into the house is never easy, especially a Diva who is now competing with the established Diva. Drive by swattings are a daily occurance, and they both pick on my ancient grey tabby who's circling the drain, as well as my special needs (vesticular syndrome) tabby. Placing a diffuser in every room, and putting the almost empty jars under the bed where the kitties spend their day has helped the temper tantrums immensely.
Helps my cat tremendously!

I had tried the Feliway spray (in the carrier, for car anxiety) and it didn't seem to help, and so had never tried the (Miracle!) Feliway Cat Diffuser - This plug-in diffuser Helps So Much in the home, for Manny's anxiety with sound, environmental stress - At Veterinarians more recent recommendation, I have been using the diffuser for about a month and he is definitely, noticeably, calmer and more comfortable and relaxed.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it seems like some of the bottles diffuse better then others. Example, I can have a bottle that will diffuse in around 28 days, others can take up to around a month and a week. You can tell because the cotton nub at the top doesn't remain as saturated with liquid to diffuse. It definitely works for my cat, I just wish the refills were more consistent.
If you have high strung cats, this is for you!

We have two Siamese/Lynx kitties that are purebred. They can become very high strong easily and when one kitty went in for a vet visit, the other one became extremely aggressive toward the other one. That was a surprise, as they are brother and sister. This product was recommended by our vet and I can tell you first-hand, this really works! We have two in the house and I can definitely see a difference in their personalities when we are running low. This product works and I am so glad that it is available at a reasonable price.

Our vet recommended Feliway as a "calming agent" for our rescued partially feral cat. We place the feliway in the room she spends most of her time and she appears to be much more calm. It also helps with the anxiety of our cats if we are gone on vacation. I would recommend Feliway to anyone.
