Amazing
My cat had started getting very aggressive, stalking and attacking me and anyone that came to my home. They were full blown attacks, not playing. My vet recommended this product and I bought it just praying it might help a little bit. I plugged it in and almost instantly I could see a difference in my cat. It has been a God send, absolutely amazing! My cat has not had even one aggressive moment since I plugged this in over 2 weeks ago! He is so calm and loving, no stalking or attacks! What a change, I will definitely continue using this. I recommend this for anyone having issues with their cat!
It seems to work! (For me at least)
So, not too long ago, about a month, I've purchased my own Sphynx kitten. They have been the sweetest and most playful kitten I've had in a while. But just about 3 weeks ago, me and my partner and I wanted to move our furniture in our apartment. That backed fire at us. Our kitten was peeing on our bed constantly, and we had to throw it out because of how gross and smelly it was. Then we saw this product and thought it might not work. So we got it, and she actually stopped peeing around on our new bed and actually used her litter. This might be for certain kittens/cats that have difficulty with their new surroundings and smell.
Burning smell
I just opened a new diffuser and after plugging it in, it started giving off a burning smell. I contacted Chewy and they are sending a replacement, so hopefully it will be fine. I have 2 other of the same diffusers and have never had a problem.... So hoping it was an isolated issue. Thanks to Chewy for helping out with this!! Elizabeth S. in customer service was fabulous!!
Saved My Fur Baby
After visiting 3 vets that wanted to euthanize my baby as to her attacking me after her spay procedure Numerous Times within the first 3 weeks. I was devastated with no help, so I chatted with the Chewy Online Vet and she recommended this, within a few weeks my baby was back to herself. Without Chewy and their recommendations I don't know what I would have done.. Feliway Is Terrific!
Great stuff
I switched from multicat Feliway to Optimum and it substantially decreased the number of encounters between my bully cat and the other three. I needed a new diffuser so just ordered the set. I've been using Optimum in the old diffusers for at least 2-3 months.
Life changing!
After over two years of dealing with urine marking, this product finally solved our problem. We had two indoor males who were upset about neighborhood outdoor cats in our yard. We spent thousands of dollars on vet visits, medical tests, cleaning products, anti-marking sprays, different litters, different litter boxes, litter attractants, toys, perches, window blocking, etc. After having several of these plugged in around the house for about two months, the urine marking is about 99% resolved
Seems to help with my cats
I had purchased these to help with the stress in our household pre & post an unwanted move. I was willing to try anything to help but to be fair to the product there was people stress and I'm sure they sensed that too. I have 2 senior male and one senior female. So far with several cardboard scratch pads and catnip we have had no incidents. I let it run out after using for about 3 months in our new and much smaller/tiny place and went about 2 weeks without and I could tell the difference. I tried another brand to save some $ but it didn't seem to have an effect on my animals and I went back to these. I have one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen/living area. CONS: they do get warm/kinda hotter than I would have expected/hoped to the touch and the green light is bright in a bedroom at night. I would recommend wiping the outside now and then as they seem to get oily and one attracted a lovely supply of gnats. Not swarming, just stuck in the fins (eww). It is recommended to replace the unit the optimizer is screwed into every 6 months.

I took my oyo cat to the vet today. I also have. 4mo kitten. Long story short, they said try this stuff to perhaps calm the mood. Bought it: $79.98. Wish i had held off.

The verdict is still out. The new cat is still under the bed. There was no fight last night, so maybe things are calming down. I moved the diffuser back to the living room. Maybe that made a difference with my first cat..
Too early to know
I have been using 5his for only 2 weeks and i’m not sure it has made a difference. According to the info, I need a longer spout of time to see a change in my cat. She doesn’t seem any more relaxed yet.
