Well, it was a novel idea.
I grabbed two of these, as my darling male rabbits were both going in for neuter surgery and I wanted to be sure they could be extra comfy during their recovery. Thor, my darling Dutch, and Rocket, my trusty Holland Lop did wonderful during surgery. Recovery has been great too. Sadly, only one bed survived. Thor was a rescue and he’s been a free roamer since we brought him home. He was not keen on being locked up in his cage, to recover. And he took his anger out on his bed. It didn’t stand a chance. I thought well maybe I can tuck this stuffing back in there and sew the seam shut. But no. He tore this bed UP. You’d think an 80 lb dog got at this, and not a 3 lb. Rabbit. So, my Holland lop loves his. It’s already been tossed in the washing machine twice snd made it out fine. Probably much better for dogs, than angry bunnies.
