How to select the best size crate:
- While your dog is standing, measure your dog from the tip of their nose to base of their tail.
- While your dog is sitting or standing, measure your dog from the top of their head to the floor.
- Add 4 inches to determine maximum measurements. Remember, your dog should be able to stand up and turn around while in their crate.

We all Love it!,
By Heylee on Nov 3, 2020
We use this for our dog's bed and she loves it. We bought a second one for her to travel in the car. It stopped her whining when on the road which made us all happy.

Good for toothless dogs
By Lizzie on Mar 15, 2020
My son has a new the Model E 36' crate. It's inaugural use was in my house. He left his 2 year old Pitbull mix in the crate while I was at a medical procedure. When I arrived home approximately 15 minutes later I found the dog free and running throughout the house. Three pairs of my Rx glasses were destroyed, the Verizon TV remote chewed up and destroyed, a power cord for the Ott light was chewed through in 4 places, a roll of paper towels was destroyed, and last but not least, she urinated on our master bedroom rug. She escaped the Port-A-Crate by simply chewing through the side screen. Easy

Packaging was broken item not protected In shipping
By Trish on Apr 22, 2020
The package arrived with the entire side opened. I opened up the crate and there was hair. I believe this has been used. In the day of covid-19 I don’t want a used item for my dogs in my home. I have seen lower quality in shipping since Petsmart bought Chewy.

Crates and Gates
By LenLen on May 6, 2020
This product is well made and perfect for us. Our dog loves it. Lenny is not crate bound he come and goes as he wants and when he wants. He’s very well behaved doesn’t destroy things. No accidents in the house.

Quality could be better.
By Mike on Apr 7, 2020
This is a nice idea, easily collapsable and thus portable. My dog loves it as its kennel because he can move around quite a bit. However, within in about four months both zippers on the door side had failed and now I am inable to close the door. Thgis is a simple engineering change, put a better quality zipper in.

A very nice crate
By Cook on May 12, 2020
The crate is made very well. It’s roomy and folds up nicely. The one thing you need to know is when you first set it up the bars are hard to connect but once in place you’re good.

A bit flawed
By Catherine on Jan 22, 2020
The overall construction of the kennel isn't bad, but there is enough slack in the top for a dog to grab onto. I'm not sure if it's a design flaw or if mine just had a manufacturer defect. My dog doesn't typically have crate anxiety but apparently it was just too much temptation. We only used it a few times before she got the zipper separated on the top and it's now useless. Really disappointed in this purchase.

Great Travel Crate
By Missy on Feb 9, 2020
I use this crate for my assistance dog, when I have to kennel him during Nose Work class, he is very settled in it, unlike the wire crates or plastic crates. Very affordable too. Zipper is kind of tight so you will have to work it, but be patient so you don't break it.

Nice soft-sided kennel
By nnstrand on Nov 27, 2019
I purchased this kennel to use during my dog sports. I have been using the wire kennels for years and decided the weight difference of lugging the wire kennels versus the soft kennel into the sporting venues was worth the upgrade. My dogs are very quiet in their kennels so the soft fabric should not be worrisome to me for durability, but convenience will be well worth the change. Oh, and the price was outstanding! Very easy to set up and Chewy never fails to ship quickly.
