When you own Norwegian Lundehunds this treat is a must! High protein, low fat and white fish! Easy to chew for the dogs, and mine love them!
Before one that you’re buying a very small amount of treats. We got this container in the mail because we were trading one of our French bulldogs and it literally was the tiniest amount of treats. Super disappointed.
You can get Tylees for way more treats way less monies, plus tylees are human grade. Are these human grade? I’m not sure? But my pups prefer the salmon tylees over the whitefish nonetheless. If you do buy these I recommend soaking them in water to rehydrate. This is the only way I do freeze dried treats.
The tube is not filled with treats. The tube contains a tiny plastic bag with treats. There are so few treats you can practically count them when looking at the bag! For 10 dollar, this is beyond expensive!
Got these as a specialty treat for recall training and they are a HIT. Both dogs love them, no GI upset issues with them at all. Not super stinky either which is nice, the canister is great as it’s quieter than a bag so they aren’t alerted when the treats open up.
I believe in treating my dog, whether I’m training or walking or just around the house. I also take care that he does not get junk food, so these little tasty treats fit the bill. They are small, but my dog loves fish, and good fish treats are hard to come by.
My ShihTzu loves these treats. He's allergic to Chicken, chicken meal, Beef, Deer, grain and corn. So this treat is ideal for him.
While opening a bag of dried whitefish can be scent-wise overwhelming to humans, it gets my dog's attention. So I'll live with this! This product has great small square-ish bits that don't seem to fall apart. Minimal product "dust" left in the bag.
LOVED THEM WHEN THEY WERE CALLED 'WHITEFISH'-AND STILL LOVE THEM WHEN NOW CALLED 'POLLOCK'. A LITTLE PRICEY-BUT MY PETS ARE WORTH IT AND I DON'T FISH!!
I was getting Grandma Lucy's dehydrated whitefish, but it's now been unavailable for a couple of months. I thought I'd give this brand a try... kitties have NOT been amused by other brands, but they loved this one.
