Nice design but does not retract leash is weak
We had two of these leashes not able to fully retract. Flexi replaced one of the leashes, but did the same. After 3 months the lead broke. Similar problem to what others were complaining about. This was the X-small model holding back a ferocious 12lb bischon that is scared of 99% of the world.
GARBAGE LEASH
I have a 10 pound dog. I only use this leash during the summer months at camp on the weekends. It tore right on the leash part. I've had many other leashes and never had this happen.
Best Leash
I have an 85 pound very active Golden Retriever and we have been using our leash for over a year with no problems. No fraying at all and it’s the 26foot leash. The attachable lights are great but go through batteries pretty quickly. I would absolutely recommend. We had gone through at least five leashes prior to this one and I love it!! Will buy again when that time comes!
Wow! Great Service!
Holy cow! I placed my pet food order at 4 p.m. on a Friday and it arrived next day on Saturday! I usually always get my orders the next day or at least one day after I order. Amazing service. Fancy feast prices are better than supermarket and I get free shipping with my large order. Can't ask for anything better than that. I have purchased other pet-related items and I usually get them with 5 days or less. My kind of service!
Not strong enough
I have used this leash with a 50lb dog maybe a dozen times and the leash is ripping in several spots.
Works Great!
So far so good, this is a great retractable leash! Easy to use, and I love the fact that I can use the accessory with it to hold poop bags, very convenient! My dog loves that he can walk further away into the tall grass and places I don't particularly want to walk in ;)

This Flexi leash is the best one yet. It is very comfortable in the hand, easy to control and does not tangle when retracted.

Just What I Needed
I’ve had this for 7 months now, and I have no complaints. It’s long enough for my pup to venture out, but it also has a feature to stop the length. It does everything I need, and it makes walks and easy and fun activity! To add, the light blue color is so pretty!
