    Buyer Beware

By Thebirdmomma on Oct 8, 2021

Yes, it seemed like a good deal at the time until you find out only half the bag is dried mealworms and the other half is ? The birds wont touch whatever those puffy looking things are, the pick through and only eat the real worms. What a waste of food AND money!!

    Chicks dig it!

By robnjoyeher on Oct 10, 2021

What chick don't like worms? My chicks are farm endangered species and I take pride in caring for them. I love my chicks almost as much as they love their worms. LOL.

    Yuckyuckx2

By Foghornleghorn on Jul 27, 2021

First 10 pounds were so good, did not want to share with my house mates. But the second 10 pounds ? Are only half as good as there appears to be other dried critters in the mix that are not mealworms, the almost look like dry maggots large. About the same size I WILL not eat them and neither do my house mates, shoot even the guinea hens turn their beaks up at them So no more of these disgusting treats please

Bluebirds and other small birds LOVE THIS!

By ZuzuLily on Mar 9, 2021

This is a great product. I have a lot of birds who require a LOT of mealworms. I ran out and they were ready to peck the windows! Very upset. So I ordered a whole lot of mealworms to keep them happy. So many small birds just love these but the funny thing is the woodpeckers (red bellied, downy and hairy) hang off this little feeder to get those mealworms! I also provide them with small pieces of egg shells that I baked in the oven for 15 minutes and crushed them. I was very amazed the birds like those! I include bluebird suet balls from Chewy and they go crazy over those as well. Happy birding!

    Full of live bugs

By MariaM on Mar 18, 2021

I bought these mealworms for wild birds. They seem to be enjoying them, but the bag was full of LIVE little black bugs. I probably won't be buying them again. I've bought mealworms before from other companies and never had live bugs in them. I live in an apartment so have to store these inside. They're in a sealed container - hopefully that will prevent the bugs from going everywhere. :-/

My chickens love the dried mealworms

By Tray on Apr 1, 2021

I give meal worms to my chickens every day and it is a way to get them back in the pen by shaking them. It is a treat but gives them extra protein which they need.

    had bugs in it

    By ccgirl11 on Mar 3, 2021

I received this bag and there were live little bugs in it. I have bought different brand of mealworms for my chicken and never had this issue. I had to throw the bag outside because they were getting all over our house.

    Super-Duper

By Thor on Mar 16, 2021

Such a good buy! We treat our three chickens to these, and they LOVE them (of course). We've tried several sources in the last ten years, and these are the best.
