So impressed!!!

I called to ask how long it would take for my item, a CHE ( ceramic heat emitter ) lamp for my hedgehog’s cage. They need the heat or their health could become compromised & I was worried it would take too long & that I would have to go to the different pet stores to find the 10 inch lamp ( kind of hard to find that size in my local area ). The rep was so nice! She waived the shipping since I was a new customer, talked to me about other items that were of interest to me & shared info about her bearded dragon with me. I was so amazed because the email that I got after placing the order said that it may not be here in the usual 1-3 days but, 4 days. I was checking my email today & I got one saying that my package was just delivered! I was so thankful!!! It hadn’t even been 24 hours. Thank you Chewy! You made my hedgies quality of life better & I don’t have to intermittently put the space heater on their cage or put several Hot Hands ( hand warmers ) under their blankets. I’m very impressed & eternally grateful. I WILL BE ORDERING EVERYTHING I CAN FROM YOU GUYS!! Well done!!! Thank you also to the very sweet & oh so helpful phone rep. Hopefully you guys do something nice for her as she did a fabulous job of winning me over!!!

Like that it can take a high watt bulb or ceramic heater. Good quality.
