Killed my fish
I don't like writing bad reviews. I'm typically not fond of bad reviews. I like to say positive things about the product, but I have nothing positive to say, and I might've just gotten a bad batch of food. So I'm not trying to say that the food is poisonous by any means. It may just be that I got unlucky, as tragic as it was, it does happen sometimes. Fluval is still a good company, and every other food I've tried from them has worked wonders for my fish! But within less than an hour of eating this food, my fish lost a ton of weight, became so emaciated you could see his spine. He got super pale! Started swimming slower than normal, And was eventually laying on the substrate. Next morning, I decided to put him down because at that point he was suffering. And him and I had a deep bond. I saw him being bullied to death at the pet store and adopted him. Horrible experience with this food! It also made my fish in my 55gal sick. Fluval is a good company. Never using this food again though.
For the win
My fish love it and it’s a staple in my freezer. I keep all fish food in the freezer in zipper bags and only take out small portions for my 5 tanks about every 2 weeks.
