My Oscar loves it
By Jthomas on Dec 30, 2020
My Oscar is very picky with dried foods. We have several dried foods that she won’t eat but she loves this one! If you have a picky eater I would try this one out!

Good for African cichlids.
By Demeter on Aug 8, 2019 Top 1000 Contributor
While the container shows a tiger barbs, I feel an actual tiger barb would have a hard time swallowing one of these pellets. They are a bit on the large size for most tetras, barbs, and other schooling species but I bought this for my Africans so no problem there. The ingredients are great (always like Spirulina algae for my cichlids) and my fish eat them readily with no problems. They are also good for young plecos and shrimp.

I always include this in their diet...
By TheRatDragon on Dec 14, 2018 Top 50 Contributor
I always include this in my baby Goldfish' diet. When they are brand new, I make sure to feed live foods. But when they start reaching a few months old, I slowly introduce veggies and different greens with their meaty-based pellets. These pellets definitely help to introduce some healthy greens into your fish' diet. Then, once they are officially adults (or close to it), then I feed a no-meat diet. Well, when I say "no-meat", I mean Wheatgerm sticks with the occasional fresh, raw Shrimp as a treat, just for extra protein. Platies and Swordtails also seem to enjoy these quite a bit!

My fish are thriving
By Layla on Mar 28, 2018
My fish love this food! I am so happy there is a vegetarian option for fish food. This provides optimal daily nutrition and has helped cure my fantail golfish’s “belly bloat”. Which means it is great for their digestion too

Popular food!

Can't seem to find this anywhere else. African cichlid's love it, it's a slightly larger pellet which should be stated, maybe 2.5mm? I mix it with new life spectrum on a 4:1 ratio so it's the primary food and they do very well. Only downside you can't pinch pellets out of the small opening of the container
