Package leaked oil everywhere

The bag was leaking oil that had apparently settled out of the food from sitting in one place too long (note, I had just received this from Chewy). It took quite a bit to clean up my pantry after discovering the issue. Please improve your packaging, and the food's ability to retain the oil that is in it.

Does it's job to improve kidney function, my picker eater likes it ok...

My senior pup has been on this food for 2 years and her kidney problems leveled out shortly after being on it and have even showed good improvement over time. Because she's a senior missing over half her teeth, I bought a coffee grinder just for her and grind it up to a course grind, then soak it with water to make a slurry. I think a combination of the food itself and the additional water in the slurry is what has helped so much. She's a notoriously picky eater so she goes through phases where she turns her nose up at it, but I add in bits of some tried and true treats or salmon oil for a few days and she will pick it back up again. Should also note that my girl is allergic to chicken, duck, red meat (seems like all of it) as well as pork, rabbit, kangaroo, gator, etc, The only thing she isn't allergic to is fish, so finding a fish based renal food was key. There may be more now, but when I was looking 2 years ago, this is the only one I could find. Overall, highly recommend giving it a try.

I am so grateful for you having this fish option for Renal support. My dog gobbles it down since she has had fish for 14 years and I could not get her exited about the other chicken products which I was directed towards at first, excellent food.

Bought this for my 16 y/o Beagle who has kidney failure. I did not like the ingredients in the Hills brand foods . Hoping this will keep our old gal chugging along for quite a while.

The answer I was looking for

My dog has DCM and now needs a diet to support his kidneys, due to the amount of diuretics he is on. He also has severe food allergies that cause pyoderma. I needed to find a diet that had no chicken or common proteins. Forza offered support for the kidneys and heart, and after consulting with my vet we decided to go for it. My dog not only loves it, but his skin looks better than when he was on the Hills Rx hydrolyzed protein diet!

Not Small Dog Friendly

My elderly Maltese mix needs a kidney friendly kibble, because her latest blood work shows a decline in correct kidney function. I tried this one, but the pieces are too big and hard as rocks. Because she can’t chew it, I have to break the pieces into smaller pieces (not easy to do!) and mix with canned food. She will still only eat it if she’s skipped a meal and is starving. She’s losing weight, so I’m going to have to find something else.

Dog Loves It

She is already showing improvement within one week. Her coat is shiny again and didn't hesitate to eat it. Tried a different brand of renal prescription diet and she was highly allergic. This doesn't need a vet prescription!

Best Find

I had become desperate to find a product to help my 15 year JRT with her incontinent issue. I did some research and so happy I came across this product. She has been on it for a month and no more leaks in her bed or on the tile. She was drinking so much water before she had to go to potty all the time and when she was in a deep sleep she would leak. I am over the moon I found this product. Thank you Forza 10 for creating a quality pet food.

Good poops and happy dog

I only give him a little kibble since kibble stresses dogs with renal issues but when I ran out, his health took a dive. Back on and he's doing well again. He eats it well, he has good poops again, and, most important, he is happy.

Works for My Dog!!

My vet recommended this food after my older dog had some kidney issues. He seems to love it and he is doing very well on it.
