Wash by hand in cold water. Line dry. Color transfer and fading may occur.
To get the most accurate size collar for your furry best friend, measure the center of their neck a with a cloth tape measure, a few inches down from their head. Pull the tape snug, but not tight. If you don't have a tape measure, you can also use a piece of string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards. Make sure there’s enough room for about two fingers between the collar and your pup’s neck.
We recommend if you have a toy breed or small dog, add an inch to the neck measurement. For medium and large dogs, add two inches to the neck measurement. Collar lengths are measured from the buckle center bar to the first and last holes, when laid flat. Collar lengths may slightly vary due to all items being handmade.

Cute but leather is stiff/stains

I got this for my pup and love the look! The leather stains from the hardware but I was able to wipe most of it off and it doesn't bother me too much. I wish the leather was softer/more worn in because it was really stiff at first. It's been a week and has broken in a little, so I'm hoping it won't be an issue.

I'm hoping that this will fit my guy when he is a little older because the large seems really really small to me. Otherwise well made and very beautiful. Love the details in the stitching and the gold hardware.

Expensive but nice

So I just got mine in today, two large, blue and pink , the blue looks exactly as pictured but the pink one doesnt have the cream color on it. Ironically , I like the pink one better. The rope material is harder than I thought it would be, seems like it would be uncomfortable,but I'll update this post later if I notice my dogs trying to paw if off. They seem to run just a little bit small, but it could be because I like to leave their collars pretty lose on them. At first they looked pretty subpar to me ,especially for the price, but it's starting to grow on me. Hopefully they'll last a while , but I have a feeling they might not,I'll update my rating if they start coming apart.

Pretty but stains fur!

I've adored these collars and finally got one for my yellow lab. Unfortunately it discolors the fur around her neck - she has very light fur and you can see where the blue rubs off, making her look dirty. I tried washing the collar in hot water with soap to see if I could rinse out the excess dye, but it's doing it again. Sad, because the collar is so cute!

In the picture it has natural color on the ends and shows the coloring to be ombré, the one I got looks all the same color! It wasn’t what I thought I was buying.

I fell in love with this on the website, so I got one in Magenta and one in Teal for my girls. They are PERFECT. I am having to exchange the Magenta for a smaller size, but overall great. My Shihpoo is 12 lbs (Small fits her) and my cockapoo is 20 lbs (Medium fits her).

RUNS SMALL

This collar is adorable but it runs small!! I got a medium for my 45 lb cattle dog mix 7 month old and it was on the last hole. I didn't want to risk him growing out of it, chewy was very helpful and refunded me and sent me a larger size. I recommend ordering a size up from your usual size!

I've been wanting to purchase a Found My Animal collar because I appreciate the cause. First, I bought one from a department store. There was no size listed so I just had to eyeball the collars for size. Unfortunately, I had to return it. Jasper found his way out of a few times after spying squirrels during one of our regular walks. When I returned it, I learned that it was a size medium. Then, I saw that Chewy was carrying the brand so I decided to try again. I bought 2 smalls (one for Jasper and one for Piper). I thought we found a winner as it appeared to fit well. Two months later, during a walk, Jasper found his way out of the collar when a passerby started to yell at my dogs. I think the I've been wanting to purchase a Found My Animal collar because I appreciate the cause. First, I bought one from a department store. There was no size listed so I just had to eyeball the collars for size. Unfortunately, I had to return it. Jasper found his way out of a few times after spying squirrels during one of our regular walks. When I returned it, I learned that it was a size medium. Then, I saw that Chewy was carrying the brand so I decided to try again. I bought 2 smalls (one for Jasper and one for Piper). I thought we found a winner as it appeared to fit well. The anxiety of how easily Jasper can get out of this collar (which has never happened when with any collar before) while taking a walk along a busy street is too much for me. Plus, the light leather gets terribly stained where the leash clasp meets the collar's D-ring. Because of these two reasons, I can't recommend this collar. … more
