Plastic Top Faulty!

The wipes seem fine enough. A pleasant scent but it's impossible to thread them through the tiny, tight hole to pull them out one by one. It's not just the tiny, tight space! It's the way they are folded seems to me. The wipes are thin enough to wipe crevices of the ears well but nothing amazing really.
