My new puppy does not mind me combing her when I use this ..
Happy girl
I have tried to get burrs out of my dog's hair with many different style of brushes, finally decided to try this one which cost a little more. OMG! Poor Samantha was so happy to have all of the burrs out in the first three strokes, now she and her sister love being brushed again!
Lasted a month
This is a great comb -until you use it. I had this for about a month when I found a small knot in my dogs fur. I was gently trying to get it out when the pins went flying everywhere. Apparently the glue used to hold the comb together let loose. Back to my trusty wooden comb with the chewed handle.
