    The cats don't like it!

    By on

The cats don't like it and won't eat their food if it's in there. I'm not going to try to force feed them it like it's medicine. I wasted my money. It smells really strong of fish and I think that's why the cats don't like it. They need to neutralize the odor or something. I'm sure it would really be great for them, but if you can't get them to take it, then it's no use.

    difficult to get accurate dosage

    By on

Find the spout difficult to operate to get the correct amount of the oil that I need. I removed the spout and tried pouring the required 1/2 teaspoon and that is also difficult as the oil drips down the bottle? Not easy to work with at all.

My veterinarian put one of our dogs on Free Form when he was a puppy for his eyes. His coat is super soft also.

    Easy to use

    By on

Easy to use. Have used the snip tabs before the pump is so much easier. Helps with my dogs itchy winter skin and hot spots on my geriatric puppy.

Much better than the snip tips. Now my hands don't always end up smelling like fish!

    Unfortunately no takers

    By on

All the reviews I read were so positive, so I hate to change that, but my boys did not like the taste. I tried putting it on all flavors of cat food including their crunchies, but no go. I was hoping for the best!

This is what my vet recommended

    By on

One of my dogs has allergies and and both are over 7 years of age. I worry about arthritis and told my vet I was buying supplements to give to them. He recommended Free Form. I originally had those capsules you had to twist the top off of and those were a pain. This is just one pump on top of their food. They seem to like it and I think my one dog is scratching less. I have only been using this for a few weeks so it is hard to tell the long-term benefits, but I'll continue using based on my vet's recommendation.
