Inconsistent amount of food in a can

Food seems to be good and my cat likes it but for the price, I expect the cans to have full 3 oz but half of them have empty bubbles in the middle, clearly not the full amount meant to be inside.

Cat Likes It But I Don't

My very picky CKD cat will eat this food, which means that, on one level, this food is a success. But I'm not a fan of it because the fill of the can is very inconsistent. Some of the cans seem okay but then others look to be just over half filled. The one that I just weighed was missing over 13g of food compared to what is stated on the label - that's 15% of the food missing. So while yes, my picky kitty will eat it, I can't see myself buying it again knowing the inconsistent can amounts.
