Petcube Camera

After we started going back to the office my 3 yr old dog had shown signs of anxiety at home. I thought we can alleviate that by seeing what she does and reassuring her from time to time. I bought this camera because of the 2 way audio feature and wide angle capabilities. It was also on sale at that time, so why not. I like the design of the camera, the black and white design exceeds expectations compared to some of the more expensive options. It has a clean look with options for surface or wall mounting, the magnet is a plus too. The quality of the video is great! At 1080p, I can see detail in the daylight and nighttime. Its neat when the product is compatible with all other petcube products. I now have the option to use other products on the same app. A huge plus for us to do what we can to relieve some anxiety for our puppo while were away.

This thing just saved me!

I bought this camera at the beginning of the week, it arrived super quickly, set it up last night (Wednesday) and used it for the first time today to watch over my brand-new, 8-week-old golden puppy. I’m so glad I bought this and decided to use it right away. I had been putting my puppy in a space and blocking her in with a gate since I got her. Today, she climbed the gate and got out. Because I was actively checking this camera every 30 minutes or so, I was able to see she was out of the space almost immediately and hurry home to secure her. Not only did this camera likely save me from cleaning up several accidents randomly throughout my house and from unwanted damage, most importantly, it saved my puppy from being loose in my house the little over an hour before I could get home for lunch, which could have resulted in her getting into something she shouldn’t or being harmed in some way. I now currently have the camera set up to watch her, secured in a kennel, as we are now transitioning to crate training.
