What is the difference between Fresh Step Advanced Simply Unscented litter and Fresh Step Simply Unscented litter?

The  Advanced Unscented cat litter is formulated with activated charcoal that starts fighting urine and feces odor upon contact. It features high quality clumping clay that clumps tight for easy scooping. The Simply Unscented cat litter has been formulated with antimicrobial properties to prevent bacterial odor growth on the litter, and features high-quality clay to absorb liquids and trap odors.
is this also a low tracking litter

Simply Unscented is a clumping litter with out any additional fragrances or dyes. It is not considered a low tracking litter. The Fresh Step Clean Paws variety, available on our site, is specifically formulated to be low tracking.

Clumping litter

I have MANY indoor cats so I CANNOT Use cheap litter. I have used everclean litter for many years however it seems to be getting dustier than before. It's great for odors and lasts long but the dust is terrible. For the price which is not cheap I had to try something else. I tried the fresh step simply unscented advanced. It seems of good quality .good at keeping smell away....and WAY LESS DUST!!!!what I don't understand is everclean litter and fresh step are made by the same company. Clorox pet products. I don't know what they did to everclean but they need to fix it!!. For I now I will use the fresh step unscented advanced litter. It is almost as good and alot LESS Dust.

Best clay sand!

I will not use any other litter. I was using a just a bit cheaper product and was always frustrated that the pee balls just fell apart. This stuff clumps the urine so well! There is no telltale cat smell, and my cats are not being overwhelmed with perfumed cat litter. It is dusty when you first pour it, but it is worth it.

Litter Nice but need in smaller boxes or cartons

Litter is great. 18 pounds is too heavy for an elderly lady like me. Need to be able to open the top of the box so I can scoop the litter out rather than picking it up and pouring it.

NOT dust free

When I opened the litter and poured it, there was so much dust. I need a low dust litter for my LR4 and was trying to find a better one compared to Arm and Hammer clump and slide. When I put it in the robot and cycled it, the motion sensor seemed to catch a lot more movement with this litter. Time to test another kind

"Low Dust" LOL. Not.

Tracks just like any other litter. No difference there. I'd like to know what criteria is considered for low dust. Sounds great for marketing on the package. Pretty much like walking out in the desert during a sand storm even with a low and slow pour, just like all the other versions of this brand. Clumps fine. Manages odor well. Basically buy for the convenience of the bundled 2 pack and because my cats use it.

NOT 99.9% DUST FREE ANYMORE

This product does not arrive as 99.9% dust free and no longer is a good products. The box now says low dust and is being sold with the same image as the 99.9% dust free box, but the box that arrives and the product is no longer the same as it used to be. Unfortunately I will will need to find a different product.

Helpful People

I ordered the two pack. I’ve called before to ask to have it shipped in two separate boxes instead of one. I’m disabled and can’t carry the large box up my stairs. The woman at spoke with was very nice and helpful. She put it in as two orders instead of one. And she left a note to continue to do this with my order.

NOT unscented or dust free

Clumps and scoops well but definitely has a perfume fragrance and there are massive dust clouds every time I scoop or pour it. Super disappointing

terrible quality

Quality of this product changed drastically. Have used this same product for years, the last two orders I received went downhill. Super dusty and more scent then they have ever had before. Will not buy agaib
