great litter
I got a new kitten that has very stinky potty compared to my other cat and precious cats. The clumps stay together and I’m not having to do a full replace of my 2 boxes almost every week. I’ve been using it for almost a month and has taken care of the odor problem and is much easier to clean the boxes since it clumps the best I’ve seen. Also has a totally different scent compared to other kitty litters I e used over the years - it’s nice and doesn’t automatically make me think kitty litter.
Best of Ten
I would say that this litter is the best out of 10 cat litters that I've tried. It'd be nicer if it was lightweight, but it does check all the boxes. It's absorbent, isn't airborne or tracked all over the house, and has pleasant scent.
My cats love this plus no odor
I bought this litter in the store because I had a very good coupon and probably would not have bought it otherwise. At the time, I wasn't interested in trying another type of litter because we were satisfied with Fresh Step Crystals. To my surprise, there is no odor other than the pleasant scent of the Febreeze. It clumps well and doesn't tend to stick to the bottom of the litterbox, and it doesn't track as much as the crystals. And our two cats had no issues adjusting to the switch. This is our litter now and I have it on Autoship to save a few pennies.
Excellent Cat Litter
I have tried many different brands of cat litter for my two cats and this is the only one that is a true multitasker: it clumps, generates little dust, has minimal tracking, and really keeps the smell down (with regular cleaning).
My cat insists on it
I've always had good luck with Fresh Step products. It's the only liter my cat will use. Chewy service was quick as usual. I like the packaging of this double box set. It arrived in good condition.
FINALLY a cat litter I don't hate
I have two cats and live in a little one-bedroom apartment, so their litter box is always close by - which means I am always PAINFULLY aware of when my cat litter is not doing its job. After years of hunting for good cat litter, I think I've finally found it. This litter not only clumps super well (which is an essential with two cats) and STAYS CLUMPED when you scoop it, but it has *just* the right amount of the Febreze scent to it that it lightly masks litter box odors without making my entire apartment smell like cat litter. ***For those of you who are highly sensitive to "dusty" cat litter though, this one might not be for you. I think the super tiny sand-like granules are what helps it clump so well, but you definitely notice a little dust cloud when you first pour it in the box.***
great Litter
This is the best litter! Contrary to what some have said (and not sure if they are actually reviewing THIS litter), it is not dusty. Does not trac all over the place. Keeps odors at bay. One of the good things: When scooping up a clump of pee, the clump stays together. It does not break up into little pieces to contaminate the clean litter. Worth the money.
great product
This is a great product. it offers excellent control of odor and stays at a good consistency for scooping. our cat accepted the change in her litter. Would recommend this product for others
No and No and...
I LOVE and have used Fresh Step cat litter for over 10 years and it was ALL until right after they came out with the Clean Paws version. I have 5 cats and use the Clean Paws Multicat version. And while it does still leave a litter mess outside the litter box( nothing a slotted litter mat can't fix), it clumps GREAT!!! The versions they've come out with since- with Gain, Febreze and Outstretch(regular and advanced) are poor powdery, very dusty versions of the original version which work great. The larger the granules, the better the clumps with less dust. Hopefully, Fresh Step will read this.
does exactly what the box says
If you looking for some advanced odor control, this is it! -and the reason appears to be the (much) smaller granules. great clumping also. the only downside would be it is more messy to clean up (because of the small granules) but if that is an issue (I just use a oversize mat ) then Fresh Step makes the "Clean Paws" for just that reason.
