Frisco 40-in Faux Fur Cat Tree & Condo

When assembling this product, I discovered that the platform "D" is way too small and cannot be connected to the pillars. I ended up switching the last two platforms and had to drill my own hole for one. This sort of worked, but still did not fully fix the issue, because I had to pull two pillars inward, causing them to bow. The pillow at the top would absolutely not fit on the platform it was supposed to go on. Not sure what is going on with the measurements with this manufacturer. Chewy has been great about helping me with a refund or replacement, though.

the parts to the cat condo are not the correct size. the platform that's supposed to go on the bottom is way too small so we had to switch everything around and drill our own holes to make this work. the bed at the top is also too small. chewy has been helpful but must be a manufacturing issue.

My cats love this cat tree! I have a 6 month old kitten and a spunky 11 yr old tuxedo cat who’s quite a hefty chonk. They can both play on this cat tree. My kitten loves to play w the dangling balls and they both love the top perch. They can both get in the compartment to nap. It’s sturdy, w no wobbling. I couldn’t be more pleased!

There must have been an issue with manufacturing these. The scratching posts didn't even have holes to screw in the screws, everything else was fine! We ended up gluing pieces together and it works as a temporary condo. Explained everything to Chewy customer service and they were awesome at getting a refund processed!

Thanks to ABC123's review below, I was able to put it together after switching A & B. It's actually sturdy, the back of the bottom section opens for cleaning, The price was good. It isn't hard to put together and I can't give the product a negative review just because the manufacturer mislabeled the pieces and gave poor instructions. You can look at the picture and figure it out. I bought it for my girls-they are smaller and this works for them! Lela seems to approve!

The parts weren’t labeled correctly so it took way longer to put together than it should have. After a while I was able to figure out how to assemble it and it’s now working fine.

I have gotten another condo from Chewy and love it! NOT THIS ONE!!!! The middle piece is way tooooo small and here I am on Christmas Eve putting this together and Ho HO NOOOOO!!!! No gift for my kitty or puppy this season. This is the worst!!!!!!!

Theo loves his cat tree! I keep the window blinds up, so he spends his days basking in the sun. When he wants to feel secluded and shy, he uses his cubby. Theo is a stray, but it seems like this cat tree and condo made him feel like he has a comfortable home.

It is as advertised....looks great. It's very heavy which I like since there's no way it will tip over when cats jump on it. Nothing negative to report other than not too simple to put together but worth the trouble. I'd highly recommend.

First off, the manufacturer mislabeled part A and B. SWAP THEM IF THEY DON'T FIT RIGHT. Got to that step and had to redo the entire thing so that the tiers matched properly, lol. Secondly, the "carpet" part of the tower was already fraying when I unboxed it, so watch your kitties when they're playing and make sure they don't start chewing on anything. Otherwise, the tower is nice. My old lady loves it ♡
