They Love It!!
The Frisco 44" cat tree is well loved by my cats. The 3 levels gives them each a spot to nap and gaze out the window. I assembled it in a jiffy by myself and the only tool needed was included. Very durable and no wobbling giving a sense of security. We are all very happy with it.
Loose Staples
Our cat LOVED the tree, but we noticed right out of the package that the carpet was shedding off a lot as well as the clear plastic threads from the carpet were hanging off. We went around the tree to cut these threads shorter and shake loose whatever carpet was going to come off. Then we started noticing staples were loose as well. After finding about 6 staples just loose on the tree we decided it wasn't safe for out cat.
You don’t receive what’s in the picture
I ordered this cat tree and didn’t receive the same cat tree at pictured. There is a lot of fraying & glue. The color is completely off and a dark blue grey instead of a light grey/tan and the pole is twine and not carpet like the picture shown. Customer service was nice and sent me a another tree but unfortunately it was the same incorrect cat tree all over again. I wrote this review once before but chewy took it down so it could have a 5 star rating. I think that says a lot. Guess we will see if this review gets posted this time. Just be aware you will receive the cat tree in my photo, not what chewy has advertised. They need to update this listing to be more accurate.
Not what I thought
The replacement had a split down the wood and the carpet was not attached on the pole and on the the bottom :( I donated them because my 2 cats would of pulled the carpet up where it wasn’t attached. I spent almost a hundred dollars on the stand and had it delivered because I’m physically disabled and it’s hard for me to the store to pick one up. I guess I will have to look online and find a cat stand for my emotional support cats
