a bit wobbly for my 14 lb cat

This is a fantastic cat tree and the perfect height for my cat to watch some cat TV. The scratchers are great but the placement of them makes a bit difficult to access when placed up against a wall or in the corner. It is also a tad wobbly when my cat goes up on the top layer. Overall it seems pretty poorly secured to the boards. The ramp scratcher started falling apart within the first few months, and again, the fur siding of the ramp is falling off. It has also gotten much wobblier as time has gone on despite my attempts to tighten up the bolts. It has worked fine for our needs this past year, but I don't think I'll hold onto it much longer because I'm worried about my cats ingesting the fur. They're always trying to play with the hanging parts that have begun to unravel, so I have to keep cutting it away. I have an Armarkat cat tower that is four years old where every single post and platform has been used frequently, and it is still in better shape than this one. … more
