    PLEASE HELP A love / hate story

    My cats :):) LOVE this cat tree !!!! HOWEVER #%>&;( I HATE that l don’t seem to be able to get replacement poles from Chewy.com and that is my real issue with this cat tree. It seems silly to go out and buy a whole new cat tree ( contributing the old one to a land fill ) when chewy and Frisco the company My cats :):) LOVE this cat tree !!!! It seems silly to go out and buy a whole new cat tree ( contributing the old one to a land fill ) when chewy and Frisco the company that produces this cat tree for chewy should just make a replacement pole package !! PLEASE somebody from Chewy or Frisco please turn the “lightbulb on” and make replacement packages for the poles for your cat trees. I’m running out of poles to shuffle to the front of this cat tree. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP By selling me some replacement poles. I would recommend this cat condo to a friend with the WARNING that apparently you can’t get replacement poles if your cats love it :/ … more

    Not like the first one

    My cat loved her first tree, just too much love of it in four and half years. Two of the legs are shredded, and the third is getting there. I caught her ripping the shredded leg with her mouth(my last cat got into an expensive bill with blockage, which this tree was not involved). I wished I could have bought the shredded components only. I'm a bit leery of the condo. The first tree condo was an actual box. This new tree is sorted a tent configuration. I'm afraid of my girl take a flying leap and it would wobble. I'm thinking of doing a hybrid of the two trees. … more
