Great for big cats
By Koma on Jan 23, 2021
So I had to get a new cat tree because my old one was too small and my cat was constantly falling off the top and injuring himself....so I wanted something different than most cat trees on the market. The fact that this was made of wood caught my attention, because no matter how my cat tosses and turns, he's not overpowering wood with his weight, he's only 12 pounds. So I bought this as an alternative, he's a main coon so he's a very large boy. We actually really like this one! No injuries since we got it! He actually really loves it, especially the very top. A word of caution: there's 1 part in the setup that's a little confusing and if you don't do it right, the tree won't come together correctly So I had to get a new cat tree because my old one was too small and my cat was constantly falling off the top and injuring himself....so I wanted something different than most cat trees on the market. Also, the space between the top platform and the middle part is kinda...small. But to make up for that, we put in a modified version of his old cat tree to give him more places to walk/climb to get to the top platform since he loves chilling in it. Wasn't a bad buy and we could easily work around its shortcomings. … more

Unexpected Missing Carpet Material
By Caring49Lives on Jan 25, 2021
When I originally went looking for a new cat tree for my cats, I was only paying attention to the size. I thought all cat trees would have carpet material around everything not just specific locations. When my husband put the tree together, we realized that the actual boxes don't have any carpet for the cats to use as scratching posts on the outside. They can easily jump on them but I have a handicap cat that needs carpet to help him climb. I really like the size and the regular cats use the tree. However, my one cat can only look at the tree since he can't jump. It breaks my heart to know, he can't enjoy it as much as everyone else.

Big cat friendly
By SammySweet on Jan 13, 2021
I have searched and searched for a big cat friendly tree. Either most of it they don’t fit on or I know half will break off because of their weight. When I saw this one I knew it would be good! This is def more sturdy and heavy and I believe will last much longer. I love the removable pads and they seem really well made. The scratch posts and pads are awesome, we rubbed some catnip on them to get them interested and they absolutely love it! My big kitties can fit anywhere on this cat tree! And I don’t have to worry about the top bed breaking off because it’s held up with 2 posts instead of one! Pic is of one of my 25lb Siberians playing comfortably!

Very attractive. Could use some tweaks.
By catbutler on Jan 11, 2021
The cat tree is actually really beautiful. It looks amazing! It's also relatively easy to put together. The problem is its functionality. The gray "wood" is very slick. Very, very, very slick. My cats have slid off the surface when trying to scratch the posts. It's also not a good tree for larger or older cats. There is no easy way to get to the top. The "wood" surface being as slick as it is makes it difficult for my cats to hold onto the next level and pull themselves up. If there were a small ramp, that would help tremendously. TLDR: looks great, not as functional as it could be.

Unsuccessful with my cat
By Travellife on Jan 3, 2021
Very difficult for one person to put together. Problem is my cat has only used it once and won't even use the built-in scratching posts. I should have returned it but how would one do that after it's fully assembled. I don't like the looks of a carpeted tree but in this case I think the cat would have preferred it vs. the sharp wood edges.

Zoltans throne!
By zoltan on Feb 2, 2021
This is a great cat tree! My cat loves it and he plays with the fur on the pillow/carpet that came with it. Most of the time he is just sleeping on the top perch and keeping an eye on the house. Great but!

Thomas's Cat Tree
By Lorraine on Jan 4, 2021
Thomas loves it and so do I! We don't have much space in a mobile home, but it fit perfectly in the hall and is tall enough, so he sees out the window easily. And the two little beds/cubby holes give him the privacy when he wants it. It also seems very sturdy, because he is a large cat.

My cat likes it
By Jayy on Jan 19, 2021
My cat is pretty happy with it. She crawled inside the hidey holes before it was even finished. It took about 3 hours to build, which was a lot and some of it was frustrating but it all fit together.

Thoughtfully constructed, well designed
By Sasa on Dec 10, 2020
I was super impressed at the obvious amount of thought that went into this cat tree. From the superb packaging and assembly instructions to the details like making sure none of the nuts and bolts are visible from the outside. This is actually an aesthetically pleasing cat tree that fits in with the rest of the room decor, instead of some cheap looking monstrosity. Thumbs up from both me and my cat!

Awesome Cat Tree
By Petbed on Oct 17, 2020
So the only reason I’m not giving this cat tree 5 stars, is because how hard it was to put together. Once I got it together though, it was definitely worth it but it did take me about 1 1/2 hours to put together. Some of the directions aren’t very clear and I put one of the platforms upside down (because instructions didn’t say which way) and I didn’t realize until I was almost done and I had to take it back apart. So with the struggle of putting it together and still getting 4 stars says a lot because the actual cat tree is so nice and modern looking! It doesn’t look like the cheap old cat trees and my kitties absolutely love it! I definitely recommend and especially if you’re better at putting So the only reason I’m not giving this cat tree 5 stars, is because how hard it was to put together.
