    I am planning on adopting a 2nd cat for my Zazu to play with. We needed a bigger tower than the one he currently has. I've always had the carpeted ones, and hate how they shed fuzz all over the place. Zazu prefers the rope texture to scratch on and he likes to lay on cool surfaces. This tower is absolutely purr-fect for him. He loves it. Has barely gotten off it since we put it together. Speaking of putting it together... the instructions are just pictures, so if you're visual, it's really easy. Took my son maybe an hour to do it. The only issue we had was one of plastic hole anchors was too short, so the screw didn't go down flush like it needed to. I tried tapping it with a hammer to get it to go down that teeny bit and it popped out the other side. So there's an ugly spot now and it's on top. However, it's a cat toy. Zazu hasn't complained about it and the rest of the tower is absolutely perfect. Especially for the price. It's sturdy and fashionable too! … more

    Unexpected Missing Carpet Material

    When I originally went looking for a new cat tree for my cats, I was only paying attention to the size. I thought all cat trees would have carpet material around everything not just specific locations. When my husband put the tree together, we realized that the actual boxes don't have any carpet for When I originally went looking for a new cat tree for my cats, I was only paying attention to the size. I thought all cat trees would have carpet material around everything not just specific locations. When my husband put the tree together, we realized that the actual boxes don't have any carpet for the cats to use as scratching posts on the outside. They can easily jump on them but I have a handicap cat that needs carpet to help him climb. I really like the size and the regular cats use the tree. However, my one cat can only look at the tree since he can't jump. It breaks my heart to know, he can't enjoy it as much as everyone else. … more
