Almost Satisfied
I'm pleased with the quality of the structure of this tree. I have 2 large cats. There's plenty of room for both and the tree is sturdy. However, the quality of the fur fabric is poor. Within a week my cats had torn a medium sized hole in the fabric, exposing the platform underneath, and have started several smaller ones on the same platform. I'm going to have to purchase a heavy weight fabric to wrap around the platform amd staple underneath. If the fabric on the tree was heavier and of better quality, I would give the tree 5 stars.
Excellent!
This tree is the bee's knees! For a great price it's got everything. It sheds a little but that's just the nature of the material. Very sturdy, easy assembly, my four-legged son loves it.
Not Sturdy
The D screw to attach the house is not long enough which makes the whole top part not sturdy. The bed at the top wobbles even though it’s screwed in as tight as it can be so she doesn’t use it.
My boys LOVE this!
I bought this for my 2 cats to enjoy (both in the 9-10 pound weight range), as well as an enrichment tool for the kittens I foster. Easy to assemble - my husband put the whole thing together in under 15 minutes. My cats love it! They took to it right away and seem to like all the spots - the lower bed, the basket, and the high bed. Only one of my adult cats is small enough to fit in the little "house," so I think that piece is better for kittens or adults that are on the petite side. Very happy with this purchase! Worth every penny.
Very nice cat tree
I really like this tree. It seems like good quality material, fairly simple to put together, with lots of options for the cat. Mine likes high places so spends most of his time at the top, but he also likes the lower cubby hole. Scratching post a nice addition. Attractive too.
Weak Scratching Post
I've has this for 1 year tomorrow exactly. At the time of purchase I had 2 kittens, about 6 months old so very playful and wild. This tree is very tall and structure is sturdy. Was easy to put together too. A very fun time for my kitties. However, the scratching posts do NOT hold up. Within less than 6 months of purchase, the fibers were coming off the scratching posts and the carpet on the top of the post was torn open. A year later, the fibers will forever be found around my house because there is no way I can get all of them cleaned up. I contacted Chewy support, they were very helpful and to my surprise, they gave me a full refund! The amazing customer service is enough to make me order another cat tree...just not this one. If your kitties don't scratch much, then it will be fine, but if they do, please save yourself the mess.

The kittens in my house love going to the top of the cat tower of this however the cat tower do shred quite a lot (we have rug floor) and causes curious kitten to often try to sniff and even nibble on when seen. Aside from that it is pretty good quality just a bit shaky when they jump on sometimes, but overall good
Great tree!
I got this for my cat for Christmas last year and she adores it. There are a couple spots she doesn't really use, like the lowest platform or the hidey hole, and she only recently became interested in scratching the ramp, but never climbing it. Otherwise she loves the very top of it, of course, and the platform just below that, and the hammock bed. The sisal rope is her favorite, particularly one specific pole that she comes back to time and time again. It's actually comical how all the other poles look brand new and one of them looks like a storm hit it. I want to replace that rope, but because her favorite pole is essentially out of service she is finally starting to use some of the others, so I guess I'll wait a bit. Overall she loves this thing, and since she's a tentative jumper I put it right next to our front window so she can get to the windowsill easily.
Great Cat Tree
This cat tree is actually better than I expected. I have 5 cats and multiple cats on it at a time. It is very sturdy and I did not have to anchor it in any way. The hammock is strong and it and the top bed hold my heaviest cat easily (15lbs). My oldest cat loves the bottom bed since she has a hard time climbing so it is perfect for her. I would HIGHLY recommend this product!!!
Cat tower for 3 cats
Very good quality, easy to put together and the cats love it. The hammock style basket they always sleep in.
