    Great cat towers.

    All 3 of my cats adore these towers. I got a deal getting both the super tall 7ft one as well as the 5ft one together. Easy to put together. Very sturdy- which is helpful for my chonk girl. The material is soft a nice looking as well as easy to clean by sweeping the cat fur off with our rubber brush. All 3 of my cats adore these towers. My white and tabby chonk girl is moody and typically doesn't want my other two cats close to her, but they all love the tall tower so much they don't seem to mind sharing. … more

    MASSIVE drop in quality

    This was my third purchase of this tree, and previously I had been very happy with it. This time there's a big difference in materials. The cubbyholes for the cats to hide in are now fabric stretched over posts instead of being solid wood. It's possibly as sturdy (time will tell), but each cubby adds This was my third purchase of this tree, and previously I had been very happy with it. This time there's a big difference in materials. The cubbyholes for the cats to hide in are now fabric stretched over posts instead of being solid wood. It's possibly as sturdy (time will tell), but each cubby adds 8 screws that will loosen over time due to how hard cats are on these things. It's not safe. And it's ugly, if that bothers you. You can see in the pictures I uploaded. On top of the stability and looks issues, there was a screw missing (an important one I couldn't easily replace) and one of the posts stripped before I could tighten it to the point where it wasn't wobbly. Chewy sent me a replacement tree and it was missing parts too. Unbelievable. … more
