5 for chewy’s service but 4 for playpen’s inconvenient design

I’m pleased with the plastic playpen, but wish the gate opened so that a person could walk into it. Right now you can open the door for animal to come in but have to disconnect a piece of the playpen for a person to step inside. Otherwise it would receive 5 stars

Frisco dog pen

Has really helped keep the little dogs contained gives them lots of room to move. The door allows me to let them in and out easily. It is very easy to put together and take apart. Wish I had thought about looking for this product sooner.

Not the quality I expected

The plastic is too light. I think this could easily crack or be knocked over. We have had other pens in the past that were much sturdier. This quality plastic is not worth the price.

My dog doesn’t love it yet

I purchased this for my new 12lb Havanese/Maltese/poodle mix. He absolutely hates it but I’m not giving up. He’s a total Velcro dog from a rescue so he can’t be more than 3 inches away from me yet. I think once we over come the separation anxiety it will be great. The product itself was so easy to assemble but my dog has no problem giving it a good shake! I’m not sure if it’ll actually tip over, just hope I never have to find out. Would be great for smaller dogs without anxiety.

Not sturdy at all I’m so disappointed in this I had my hopes up cause I have a small dog but she jumped up hit the side and it collapsed on her. It’s wobbly I would never buy this again. Time to find something else.

I recently purchased the puppy pen for our new pup. This item is really not sturdy an it falls over very easy, we've only had it a couple days an can no longer use it, It's too unsafe

Best Dog Playpen!

We bought this for our 5 month old shiz tzu. I had to go out of town and my husband, who works from home, had to have a safe place for her to play and nap while he was on the phone and couldn’t watch her. We were apprehensive at first because she had always been in either his or my one on one care, but once we set up the playpen and put her toys and kennel in it, she felt safe and enjoyed her play time! 3 years later, we are still using it. We just leave the gate/door open and leave toys and her kennel in the playpen and she goes in whenever she needs alone time or when she wants to play. It’s very sturdy. We have taken it apart and put it back together many, many times. It’s very well made. I would buy again and definitely recommend others to purchase this playpen.

Puppy Climbs Out

The playpen is sturdy and connects quickly and looks good. However, it has horizontal as well as vertical openings in the panels, which makes climbing out unbelievably easy. If I hadn't already destroyed the box it came in, I would return it. My pup escaped within seconds after putting him in through the pen's door. He had food and toys to distract him. I bought the pen last minute to bring on a trip so I didn't have time to test it out. My pup is 12 weeks old and 14 lbs. I adopted him less than a week ago, so I don't know his behaviors and abilities yet. It's my mistake that I didn't take into consideration the height of the panels and didn't expect his determination to stay at my side, but still, I was very surprised how quickly he climbed out. This was a wasted expense for me but not a reflection on the quality of the item.

Great Buy

I have a 3lb Yorkiepoo and this was an answer to our prayers to put his covered bed in to make sure he is safe at night. It opens and locks easily. I gives him plenty of space outside of crate/bed while keeping him contained until we let him out in the morning.

Sturdy, didn’t realize that you’re not able to go in if you would like too, only the small door for the dog. The plastic material of the pen/fence feels cheap.
