not sturdy enough!
We have a lot of hanging bird feeders like this, but for some reason the birdseed only lasted about an hour in this before it was all on the ground! I think it's not quite heavy enough to stand up to the elements - even on a relatively calm day. I'd love to find another feeder with a platform like this, but I ended up returning this one.
frisco acorn wild bird feeder
it is not squirrel.chipmunk proof It does not hold the seed for long,, it empties out fast and chipmunks are able to sit on the base and enjoy the seed,,,i would not recommend this product,,,
Birds don't like it
I put this out the first day I received it. The birds are not attracted to it it's been over 2 weeks and the feeder is still full.

Solid bird feeder
#ReceivedFreeProduct I'm impressed with this bird feeder, it feels sturdy and looks nice in my backyard. It's sleek and the black color doesn't stand out too much. Hanging it up was easy, since I just replaced my old feeder, but I think I need to add something to prevent squirrels from being able to get to it. It would have been nice for the feeder to come with a matching baffle, but I think I should be able to find one that works well with it.

It has multiple places for the birds to get to the bird seed. it also has a cup like bottom to catch the spillage, or for the birds to roost on. This would make a great gift for someone who has everything.

#ReceivedFreeProduct The Frisco Acorn wild bird feeder is a buffet for the birds. The two perches and base tray provide plenty of area for the birds to hang out and eat. Easy to fill, easy to clean, and easy to hang with the built in cable hanger. It's quite large so a shepherd's hook won't work. A high pole or tree branch works best. The feeder top isn't quite large enough to discourage the squirrels so might need to get a squirrel baffle.
