    No dust! This is the non-clay litter you're looking for.

    I have two indoor cats. Ever since I learned that clay litter is acquired by a destructive process known as strip mining, I've been on the hunt for a non-clay litter that performs well. I've tried a lot of things over the years -- newspaper pellets, coconut husk bits, ground up wood, wheat pieces -- I have two indoor cats. Ever since I learned that clay litter is acquired by a destructive process known as strip mining, I've been on the hunt for a non-clay litter that performs well. I've tried a lot of things over the years -- newspaper pellets, coconut husk bits, ground up wood, wheat pieces -- but always returned to clay after a while. But after trying Frisco's clumping grass litter for a week, I can definitively say that THIS IS THE ONE I'VE DREAMED OF. No dust. Seriously. There's no dust. This is honestly my biggest selling point. I hate cleaning the box and feeling like I'm breathing in god knows what. The litter tracks a bit, but all litters do, and I much prefer having to brush a few grass seeds off my bed than bits of dirty clay. It doesn't have *incredible* odor control, but it's definitely good enough if you scoop once a day, add some deodorizer, and/or have a larger living space where it's not right under your nose. It clumps well for easy scooping. I do REALLY wish it was sold in a paper bag that I could recycle. Still, I hope to be buying this brand for a long time to come. … more

    litter gets everywhere

    This litter is too light, so it has a huge problem of tracking and scattering. I just started using this. Everyday I see a lot of litter outside the litter box, on the floor, in my sofa, on the counter... basically everywhere my cat goes. It also doesn’t cover the odor very well.
