How will I know what the final product will look like?

The onscreen 3D product preview is an accurate representation of what the final product will look like. As you adjust images in the square preview window, you will see them adjust in the product preview as well! Use the product preview as your guide as you add text, select fonts, choose colors, and adjust zoom and rotation on images.
What are some ways to make sure my images look their best?

For best results use the highest resolution images of your pet, in the best lighting. Also, be sure to use the onsite tools after uploading to zoom and rotate your image to fit just right. Ideal images are a minimum of 1000X1000 resolution.
Can I microwave this? Is it dishwasher safe?

I bought these 15 oz mugs for all my kids for Christmas, and they do a great job on them the pictures are nice and clear the cups are rugged and perfect size for coffee or hot chocolate, I will be ordering more in the future. thank you

Great personalized mugs

The quality is better than ordering through a store or online photo shops like Shutterfly. Gets to you super quick, amazing quality of photo and mug itself. We ordered one and got 3 more after we received the first. They make a great gift and we have one for each of our 3 fur kids. Get them all!

Beautiful and big!

I bought these as Christmas gifts for my neighbors with their two bull dogs on them. (I bought 2, each with a different dog). The cups are made really well and are larger than I expected. Great for coffee or tea or hot cocoa (with plenty of room for the marshmallows!). I know they will love having these pics of their babies whenever they are enjoying their drink. Delivery was really fast too!

I was very pleased with the mugs. They arrived in excellent condition. The only thing I would change about them is put the picture opposite of what it is now. I'm right handed and when I pick up the cup I should see the picture, not the writing. That is the only thing I would change.

This was actually a very beautiful mug, unfortunately I ordered 2 and both broke.. not from shipping or anything Chewy did. It was my own personal fault. I did reorder 2 so they’ll be after Christmas

If Only . . .

They had not designed this mug with the handle backwards! I really like everything else about it, but unless you are left-handed, when you hold the mug the picture of your pet is not visible to you as it faces away from you. It's not the end of the world, but it's kind of annoying. And it's not just me who thinks so. I sent several of these to a family member, who wrote to me and asked if they were defective cause the handles were backwards. Otherwise, the quality is good and the pictures came out well.
