Dogs and Owners Unimpressed

We recently stocked up on new toys and presented our boys (adult lab, pit/shepherd puppy) with a box full of new goodies, including this one. This was the last toy they went for and it was punctured after just a few hours of being 'out'. I never even saw them playing tug or sit down for an intense chew session; the damage came from light play. We buy some toys over and over again, knowing they'll be destroyed, because the dogs love them. Our dogs simply weren't interested in this gator and when they finally gave it a shot, it didn't even survive minimal play, We will not be repurchasing.

Its ok

I like that there was no stuffing for my dog to shred. However, he was able to destroy the squeaker and rip holes in the toy rather quickly. He is a large breed/great dane. On a positive note he is still able to play with it because the toy is flat.

Alligator

Great toy! Molly could hardly wait for us to open the Chewy box. She's a very aggressive cheer and after 2 weeks she still has some left. We're thinking about getting her a job as a tester for dog toys!

very durable

love this toy for my dogs, very durable and large. My Great Danes pull all of the stuffing out of these toys usually, but this has little or no stuffing and they use it for tug-a-war!!!

My pup LOVES this toys!

My 6 month old huskie loves this toy but the felt scales on the back need to be made with a different material. She has managed to just shred and (attempt to) eat them. The squeakers have lasted quite a while and she hasn't managed to destroy the poor gator just yet lol.

Alligator

I thought this toy would be fun for my dogs - Pembroke Welsh Corgi and a mini Australian Shepherd. They played with it about 3 days, tug of war, squeaking and then they chewed it up. Wanted to get the squeakers and they destroyed it. Sad. I hoped it would be more durable.

My dog's favorite toy!

We have had this toy for 6 months and it is my dog's favorite toy! He is a 90 lb pit bull and an aggressive chewer and tugger. This is still in great condition after 6 months of daily play. We run it through the wash and it comes out great.

Great toy lots of squeakies and they’re easy enough for a mini dog to enjoy squeaking I will be ordering this one again

Awesome Chew toy

My lab destroys every toy we get but he hasn’t be able to get this one yet! He loves to throw it up and catch it. Well made toy!

Disappointed/expected more

Description said this is for dogs who chew/ bite everything, didn’t even last one hour. Cute but won’t be buying again. For reference, I have a 1 yr black lab
