This might be good for a strong chewer (but then I would worry about swallowing bits of nylon), but my husky/lab mix would much rather chew on a squishy ball or tear apart a stuffed toy. She picks this up once and a while but loses interest in about 15 seconds.
I ordered 3 different flavors, no smell to them. Dogs sniffed them and walked away. Not worth the money.
Trying to find chews large enough and bright enough I can find them when they get buried.
This is a favorite in our house! We ordered one for each this time.
This lasted not even 5 min of the husky/shepherd chewing on it
My German shorthaired pointer is an active chewer. We use antlers primarily but this is a good alternative. I did not think she would like it but she has gotten her use out of it
Well to be honest, neither of my dogs would have anything to do with it! Now, let me explain! I have 2 American Bulldogs and they eat or chew EVERYTHING! So for them not to even touch it, means somethings wrong!
This has has hours of chewing and still holding up!! Awesome!
My lab mix loves nylon toys and they're the only toys he can't destroy. As soon as he got this he started chewing it, then he started tossing it around, and has just thoroughly loved playing and chewing it! I can't smell the bacon (like I can smell his other flavored nylon toys), but apparently it tastes good to him and that's what counts.
My dogs are major chewers which makes it hard to find toys that they don't destroy in an hour. This Frisco dog chew has lasted for weeks and is still going. The dogs like to chew on it and it keeps them busy. So far I have not seen any pieces that they have chewed off. There is no strange smell to it either. I would definitely buy it again.
