Great toy
We bought this toy months ago and my Weimaraner and her large dog friend have both played with it and love it. It’s adorable and it’s a sturdy toy, but not indestructible. No one should expect it to be indestructible. After months of play, we are only starting to see a ripped seam, and the first little poofs of stuffing come out. It’s a great toy for the money, and still looks good after months of play. I will probably stitch down with a needle and thread the seam that just came loose . ( and believe me I’m not a seamstress , anyone can do this.) If pet owners who buy toys for their pets would take just a bit of care with the toys, they will last a lot longer. This will be the first time I need to add a few hand stitches to this toy. The toy is worth the money. Thanks to Frisco for great toys that last a long time.
Cute but came apart
The astronaut is so cute and well made but it only took six days for my 11 pound dog to pull the pull rope out
Only Lasted 10 Minutes - Super Cute Though
This is such a cute toy, but sadly my one year old lab mix managed to take an ear off it in 10 minutes. I thought it would hold up for longer.
Total Bummer
Astronaut looks amazing but lasted all of 5 minutes, before MY PUG was able to pull the rope out, thus revealing the stuffing. Really disappointed.
Cute toy, did not last
I was so excited to find this cute astronaut toy for my space-named dog. My four month old lab had chewed the rope off within 15 minutes.
Thought it would last!
You got me with ballistic nylon. Unfortunately, my 7-month-old mini-Goldendoodle absolutely destroyed it the first day. Once he got the rope off it was all downhill from there.
Absolutely LOVE it.
This has been the #1 toy our puppy got for Christmas. The outer material shredded on one part of the astronaut's back but I was able to cut it away to the seams. The material underneath has been VERY durable. Purchased it not only because it was an astronaut but because of the added "tether" line (rope). SO CUTE that I couldn't resist! LOVE LOVE LOVE our "Spaceman Spiff."
My "super chewer" got right through this
We have a 35-pound labradoodle who has become a super chewer. We were hoping that the ballistic nylon would hold up (unlike stuffed toys), but within 30 minutes he had chewed right through it and began eating the stuffing. So disappointed - it's an adorable toy.
GREAT while it lasted
This was their favorite toy to "fight" over. Unfortunately within a week the rope detached from the astronaut, leaving a hole. The dogs absolutely love pulling all the stuffing out and eating it, but I don't.
My dog destroyed this in 4 hours
This astronaut was really cute and I liked that it was soft to throw on the wood floor without scratching and it had a rope to be able to snatch it from my dog's mouth without being gross. It seemed like the fabric was a tough material that might withstand my dog's rough chewing. However, it only lasted 4 hours before my boy was able to rip it open and get out the squeaker and stuffing.
