Good price
This birdhouse arrived quickly and you can not beat the price it was very affordable and has a clean out tray on the bottom. As another reviewer wrote the wood behind the attached metal hanger needed to be removed in order to use the hanger. My husband also drilled a few holes near the top and underneath it. It is a great little birdhouse and we are glad that we bought it.
Needs work
I ordered two of these birdhouses. Both could not be ung because the wood wasn't routed out properly behind the brass keyhole. I had to remove them and remove more wood so that the screw head could slide up the upper slot.
Great Bird House
I was really excited to receive the Frisco bird house. We had just moved into a more rural setting and I had wanted to take advantage of the beautiful wildlife. I received this bird house a few months ago and instantly put it up. It has withstood the tough New England weather and has housed a little family. As of right now, the bird house seems strong and there are no signs of breaking. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend!
Cute - well built bird house
This birdhouse seems very well built and sturdy. I love the latched opening feature to make seasonal cleanout easy. I will be painting it with my daughter before we install for the birdies ! Can't wait for some new spring neighbors !
Cute Birdhouse
I was quite surprised when I received the birdhouse at how well it was made. The wood was thick and it was put together very well. Well painted it an hung it outside and it now has a family of little wrens living in it.
Great Bird House!
I got this a couple weeks ago and we installed it on our fence last week and just waiting for some new neighbors to move in. Nice medium-sized house and the bottom slides out to the side to empty it after the season changes and the birds vacate it or the young fly off when they’re able. I did have to put a little caulk where the roof meets at the top as there was visible light coming in and I wanted it to be totally waterproof. For mounting it has a standard cutout to receive a nail or screw head and, with a bigger nail or screw head, it would be stable when mounted. Looking forward to meeting my new neighbors when they move in!
Great for chickadees
I live right beside a creek bed and I have so many different birds at any given time in the area. This little bird house is so cute! It was easy to get set up and what I love is you can decorate it just like you want. I painted mine and it looks adorable! I have 3 other bird houses in the yard so far and this one fits right in! I love to sit out on my deck and watch the little birds get the birdhouse all set up . The house is very sturdy and will be able to withstand the elements. The birds can get in and out of the house easy. If you have more than 1 birdhouse I space mine out so they don't have a turf war . I am very pleased with the birdhouse and my Little feathered friends have a new home!
Great item
I love this bird house. I spray painted it. It look so good on my balcony. Just the right size. My kids love it. I would truly recommend this item to people I know. I love it. This is my honest opinion about the product.
Such a Nice Bird House!
Our home is in the country on several acres of land, and we love to birdwatch! We have lots of feeders, but it's important to have houses for the birds, as well. This bird house is perfect! It is easy to hang, it looks very nice, and the bottom opening up makes it so easy to clean. Our other houses do not open and it makes them so difficult to clean once the birds desert their nests. We thought this looks nice as it is, but it could be painted and a fun project to do with kids. This would also make a lovely decoration for inside the home. It's a very nice and high quality bird house!
Frisco Bird House is Beautiful!
I got this unpainted Frisco bird house and it is absolutely beautiful! We hung it outside and filled it with bird feed. The perch made it so easy for the birds to perch there and eat the feed. The bottom tray slides out for easy refill. We could have painted it but decided not to. Great attractive yard bird house that can hang anywhere!
