Perfect food bowl

We’ve had this bowl for 2 years now and it’s great. The silicone sleeve isn’t supposed to be removed for washing, so that 2-star review is completely unfair and due to user error. In the 2 years we’ve had it there’s never been anything stuck between the glass and the silicone sleeve, we always wash it by hand. I really like this bowl because it’s sturdy, it keeps the food warm and it doesn’t slide all over. It would be nice if Chewy made this small bowl with a dog design, as we use it for our small dog.

Love this glass bowl!!!

I was afraid of ordering this bowl because cats don’t like change. Because one of my girls is on a diuretic medication she is drinking a lot of water and this is big enough for me to be sure that she is going to have enough water during my working hours. The silicone works great on preventing the bowl from m being tilted.

Food Dish for cats

My cats love this food dish. It's really nice. If I ever need to replace another dish I will buy another one of these. It's also very pretty.

Poor product design

I got these as a replacement to stainless steel pet bowls process of elimination for my cat's feline ace. Unfortunately, the product design isn't practical. The rubber sleeve is not only cumbersome to remove/wash/and then refit properly, but the cut-outs are a source of collecting bacteria, debris, dust by getting caught between rubber and glass. For nonslip purpose, it would've been helpful if the rubber was contained to the bottom rim of bowl rather than having it til the top rim of bow. If the company is aiming for aesthetics to appeal to its human customers, perhaps having cat or dog pattern etched or stamped on the outer side of the glass would be a more practical solution. Also, the rubber is quite thin and has the potential to easily tear while removing/and refitting onto the bowl. Last, all 4 of my bowls were filthy with a thick white-grey colored film both interior/exterior of bowl. Upon removing the rubber sleeves, there were significant layers of filthy residue imprinted in the cat pattern surrounding each bowl. It took multiple washes by hand to remove grime. 2 stars for height and size. Sending these back as they are not practical.

Non slip water bowl

We got these to avoid our ginger cat’s plastic “allergy” and to ensure the two cats wouldn’t push their water bowl over the edge of their feeding area counter. Works well for both purposes. Note that the silicone is a sleeve: if our cats were so inclined, they could hook their claws in the cutout motifs and perhaps damage it. (Shhh. Don’t tell them.) Doubt they could move it around easily though as the glass bowl is as heavy as a similarly-sized Pyrex cooking dish!

Finally, a bowl they can hardly move!

I was dealing with a spilled water bowl multiple times a day. Now, there are still small spills, but they stay contained to the mat I have underneath, and the bowl rarely moves. I like that it is glass, and the silicone kind of grips it to the mat.

Nice Frisco Cat Bowls!

These bowls are just the right size and ideal weight. Love that they are glass because they don't hold odors or stains and the silicone sleeve protects the glass and can be easily removed for cleaning. Cute design too!

Love this little bowl!

Have a new kitty in the house and wanted something made well for food and water. I found it. Love the size for the little cat and heavy as not to get turned over. Price was great for glass with the rubber non skid cover.

Perfect bowls

I love using glass bowls for cat food as they are so easy to clean and also the safest for our cats. the down side of glass is that they can break in the sink, but not these! I love them! Also they stay put on the floor, if youused them for a dog.

Great Bowl!

Some people are disappointed it doesn't have a 'cover'. Look at it. If there isn't a cover in the photo... you're not going to get one. Perhaps a better description is a 'sleeve', but without that in the description you can still see there is silicone around the glass bowl. These bowls are easy to clean, and don't move around while the cats eat. They also rest snugly in our elevated feeder.
