Broken on receipt

Dog/cat feeder came with lid broken. Unrepairable as it is plastic. Did not fit property on the bowl part. Least little jolt and it came off the bowl. It appeared that it may have been a return anyway, as the broken part was attached to the feeder with tape. I didn't think anything of it until I went to put it together and saw that the tape also covered where it was broken. Waterer was in OK condition.

Cat feeder and waterer

I bought both the feeder and waterer. For my two cats. They can’t tip them over and make a mess and if I decide to spend a few nights with grandchildren I know that there is food and water for Rayne and Storm for at least a week.

The Frisco dog/cat feeder and waterer bundle fit my needs perfectly. I have nine cats (2 are 10 week old kittens) and my cats are ALWAYS hungry! With the automatic Frisco feeder and waterers, I fill them every morning and they are good to go all day! My dogs love their feeder from Frisco also as they seem less hungry because they always have food at their pawtips now. I highly recommend these to everyone- I should have gotten the Frisco products a long time ago!

Although I like this concept, the containers do not fit tightly, particularly the water container. Because the water container does not fit tightly, spills are likely.

Container releases from the base too easy. If pet bumps it it will come off and water will go everywhere.

My food one came Broken so it wouldnt stay on the bottom feed waiting on replacement. The water , well lets say gravity is not working I am constantly cleaning up water. Not Happy with it at all, Sorry this water bottle should be tested!
