The screws and shelves fell apart after one week
i ordered this because it look so pretty in the picture after 3 days i through away the box i thought nothing can go wrong and after the three days the shelves came apart the play pen is way smaller than what the picture seems to be . its a defective item . when the shelve came off my cat was so scared . i would not recomend this to anyone . i have asked to chewy to send me a box to return . i am on my fifth try and have not gotten any help.

#ReceivedFreeProduct The Frisco Collapsible Wood & Wire Cat Cage Playpen with 3 Levels is one of the nicest playpen my cats have ever had. The Playpen was easy to assemble, and it includes all parts to put it together. It does come with a removable bottom pan, and I love seeing my cats having fun jumping into the playpen, and lounging on top of the two shelf boards and two cushions which are included in the set. The Frisco Collapsible Cat playpen is really fancy, but I do have to mention that my cats took a little time in curiosity before they felt ready to go inside, because as soon as I closed the cage doors they panic, so i had to keep open the 3-levels doors all the time.

#ReceivedFreeProduct This cat cage is beautiful. The wood color is gorgeous. This looks great in a home, and looks better than having a crate in the living room. This cage works great for having rescues for a bit, keeping them safe, and separated from the others. I love that you can choose where you want the shelves, and move them easily whenever you want. The little beds are semi thick, and comfy for the kitties to lay on. Setup was a breeze. For someone that hates putting things together, this was quick and simple. It only took me about 10 minutes tops. I love the tray at the bottom for easy cleanup, just slide it out and wash it.

#ReceivedFreeProduct I was given this to review by TryIt Sampling. What I received was a Frisco wood and wire 3 story cat playpen. When the box came and I opened it, I thought it was going to be complicated to put this together. I was wrong. The instruction booklet was easy to read. It listed all the parts and had pictures of how they looked as you assembled the product. The only tools needed were an Allen wrench which was included and a Phillips head screwdriver for just two small screws. It all assembled very quickly and easily. The instructions did say just one person could do it but would be easier with two. I was able to put this together by myself with no problems whatsoever. At first our cat was not impressed with it. She walked around it and then walked away from it and then after a little bit of coaxing she went back and decided maybe it wasn’t so bad and went inside. And then she jumped up on each of the two upper levels and decided that yes she did, after all, like this new play area. She especially likes the two little cushions that came with it. They are very soft and very comfy and she has made this her new nap area. This is a great idea for a pet. She can get a lot of exercise jumping up and down from levels. It can hold her toys all in one place. And is a safe place to put her if we need her out of the way so she doesn’t try to run out of the house as she is an indoor cat. It also looks very posh looking in the living area. The rich stain on the wood is very elegant and it blends in with other furniture. It’s easy to move so you don’t have to commit to just one place and leave it there forever. You can move this anywhere
Smaller than expected/quality
Quality is OK but the beds are cheap and slide around you cant fit a litter box that inst tiny. It's hard to reach things to clean. Probably best for kittens
Good concept but not collapsible
#ReceivedFreeProduct Overall this cat cage is a great product I never thought we needed but glad we tried. My cats were afraid of it at first (especially since when opening the top it makes a lot of noise) but they became more comfortable with it. They love laying on the removable pan (it must be a good place to cool down since it has been so hot) and playing with toys on that bottom layer. They also enjoy the 2 cat beds that came with it for the two upper levels. It is easy for my adult cats to jump up and down in this cage. The cage was also very easy to assemble. I assembled it quickly and the instructions that came with it were accurate and easy to follow. The only thing is I wish this was truly collapsible like the title suggested. It is not at all collapsible unless you count how easy it is to take apart and put back together as that is the only way to collapse it. I also like the wood finish it looks nice in my home.
My cats love it
#ReceivedFreeProduct My cats really loves this as it gives them a nice resting place and a break from the puppy. I keep their food on the lower level and at the top their cat tree is close so they can go in and out as they please. It was quick and easy to put up and is very sturdy. It looks very nice and will look great in any home as wood goes with just about anything. My cats love to play in it when they are not playing with the puppy. Easy to clean the pan as we as I simply tip it a little and slide the pan right out. They have a few of their toys in there and the pan can easily fit a small litter box.

#ReceivedFreeProduct My cat has been absolutely loving this playpen! She has a safe area to sleep and relax. The 3 levels is great because it’s big enough for her and she can decide which level she wants to go on. Two of the levels have a optional soft cushion which she loves to sleep on. There’s a removable tray on the bottom which cleans easily. All 3 levels have a door that opens and the top of the playpen has a large door that opens.
Great Play Pen
#ReceivedFreeProduct It took a little time for my cat to warm up to the play pen but now he loves it. It was easy to assemble and came with everything you need. This is the perfect playpen for our cat to have some time outside but also be safe in the play pen. It looks nice. The wood and metal bars are stylish. It's good quality. It feels sturdy. The multiple access points are convenient to let me cat in or out. Very happy with this playpen
Excellent quality
#ReceivedFreeProduct The cats hesitatingly checked it out then moved on in. I leave the doors open of course because if you close them in they’re less likely to jump in and chill. This play pen gives them their own space or a place for them to jump in and ball up in a clump of security. Being that it’s in a sanctuary for rescue cats, a place of security is big for them.
