EXTRA WARM & My dog looks ridiculous
Impulse bought for my 90lb mixed dog (size XXX-Large on size gide). Fit is great. She looks ridiculously cute as she is tearing up the hillside chasing squirrels in her retro pink chevron fleece while spewing hate from her jowels. Fully covers belly and keeps winter cold out, usually dress her at night for warmth, has a liner as well. Easy to adorn semi-uncooperative hounds with top side zipper and open neck. Between washes and hound wear, had to re-stitch a few seams over my one year of ownership time frame,, but that is to be expected. If you're looking to keep your dog warm and looking cute, you've found your jacket. Buy it.
Toasty Warm
Older Labrador w/28" back; XXXL. It has little sleeves, doesn't twist around. Easy on/off, washes easily. Great for walks in the extra cold winter. I'm not fond of the colors, but oh well.
Actually fits a Pit!
Our 10+ brindle loves it. She gets chilly and has arthritis and this is thick and warm with the liner and it fits her wide chest and neck really well! 64lb dog, XXL is not too snug, would not go smaller.
Dog Colorblock zippered fleece vest sweator
Its super nice. Goes on easy w/zipper in the back. Our dog is about 15-16lbs and we purchased the medium. A little big but it will shrink probably some when we put it in the washer. The material is super nice will keep her warm when needed. Were happy with it.
Nice vest; good price
This is a very pretty vest and seems to be well made. The small size is a good fit but, as is usual with every vest/coat I've purchased, is a little short on her back. She has a long back for a small 10 1/2 lb. dog. I love the zipper instead of that awful velcro which always catches in her fur. I do have a little difficulty getting her short legs into the "armholes" and wish they were a little larger, but I would certainly recommend this vest. I also bought a medium one and gave it to a friend and her dog won't let her take it off!
Very cute and warm
This is a great product. It is a touch more challenging to put on my large dog than jackets that fasten under the belly, but that doesn't detract from it. Sizing is consistent with other Frisco products sold by Chewy. XXL works for my nearly 60 lb large-chested pitty.
Golden Girls
I call this one the Golden Girls Tracksuit. :-) I like the zipper close a lot. Our girl has long hair, and there is a piece of fabric that runs the length of the zipper so her hair doesn't get caught in the zipper. Very nice feature there. The sleeves are more challenging than other jacket styles, especially if your dog isn't good at standing still. But, it isn't impossible. It just takes some getting used to.
Perfect Coat
I needed an extra large coat for my 95 pound Lab! Had searched every pet store in town and online ! Should have known Chewy would have the perfect coat ! My dog is older and has arthritis ; being short haired she was shivering on our walks! The coat is better than described!! It is so very easy to put on her; zips up the back!! I just love the softness of the lining, and the fleece adds the warmth. This is made to fit a dog’s body perfectly! It looks really neat on her black hair!!So pleased with Chewy!
Great Fleece, runs insanely BIG
My dog is sometimes between sizes but I tend to go larger when in doubt...in this case, it was the wrong choice. She is 55lbs and is a bit stocky with a 31" chest so I got the XXL (31" Chest/45-60lbs). It's REALLY big on her. I may just get the XL and donate this one if it doesn't shrink in the wash. So, fair warning, most Frisco outerwear is spot on but the sherpa/fleece runs a bit large.
Sizing Wrong (Too Small)
I went by the sizing guidelines and it was too snug and short for my medium sized dog ( I even ordered a Large). Otherwise would have been cute. Will have to give away or donate so a waste of money.
