We got our pups we adopted out a box for Christmas and one is partially blind but on the video Beau GRABBED CRABBY A RAN. Hes had him ever since!!! Its a tough great toy.

Came here to boost the bad rap this toy has! Disclaimer: Yes, this toy is large and stout - not for toy breeds! Very hard to hear the squeaker. The good news is that our lab puppy loves it. She may end up tearing the legs off but the fact it isn't destroyed in .002 seconds is a win in everyone's book.

This toy is heavy! The body is hard foam. Jules tore the middle out of it shredding the foam, leaving a lovely mess. The fabric outer layer of the body disintegrated. The limbs however stayed in tact. It was trashed in less than an hour. :/

I love the look of this toy, and think the variable textures would be great for my dog. However, as soon as I opened the box nose was assailed with the noxious odor of cheap rubber and plastic. I thought maybe it was just outgassing, so I placed it on a shelf to air. It stunk up the entire apartment. Nearly two weeks later, the smell is just as bad. There is no way I can give this to my dog. I will be throwing away the toy. Thankfully, being far from this crab HAS caused the stink it transferred to the other items in the order to fade.

I purchased this toy for my dog (45 pound mix), and it was destroyed immediately. I've purchased countless other toys from other manufacturers, and they have held up. On a side note, this toy does not squeak. This toy may be better for smaller dogs?

I was excited for this item but the inner crab shell is hard the legs are soft but I will try it out this was a gift and I don’t want her to hurt herself due to the shell being hard. I definitely recommend this for large breed or heavy chewers

The crab was very cute but way too hard for our dogs and they smelled AWFUL! I stored them in the closet for Christmas and the whole bedroom smelled like a farm, manure type smell. It was disgusting! Unfortunately I had to throw them away (bought 2 as gifts).

This toy is not for small breeds. When it says dense it is more like a rock solid body. My poodle almost knocked himself out swinging it around. Might be suitable for larger dogs

This is one of the babies christmas toys so they haven't played with it yet, but I know they will just love it.

This is a very sturdy item and would or could have been a great toy, however, the material used is too thin and was so easy for my dog to rip it. If the material was thicker and more sturdy then this would have lasted longer. At this point this was too much money for the lack of quality.
