What are the interior dimensions of the 54" tray? I'm trying to fit something else, not a crate, on the tray and it's going to be a tight fit so I need the dimensions only of the flat base, not including the rolled edges.

The replacement tray rolled edges are approximately an inch wide so the inner dimensions of the tray are 34 inches wide x 51.5 inches wide.
How deep are the pans?

The Replacement Pans are 1 inch high when measuring the rolled edges, with a thickness of about 2 millimeters. 
Do you have a metal pan. I have a Husky dog and he hates to be locked in his kennel so he brakes the pan with his teeth and paws. It will be more helpful for him to have a heavy duty metal pan that he cannot chew. Any suggestions.

At this time, Frisco does not make a metal pan for their single and double door crates. We do carry the "Frisco Replacement Tray for Ultimate Heavy Duty Steel Metal Dog Crate" however this is only compatible with the Frisco Ultimate Heavy Duty Steel Metal Dog Crate.
What kind of plastic are these trays made of?

The pans are made from a proprietary blend of a few types of plastic. The primary component is polypropylene.

Frisco Dog Crate Replacement Pan

Love them. use them in my quail cages. Easy to take in and out, easy to clean. there sturdy and durable. I will buy again and i will recommend them to others.

Probably will have as Extra

I originally bought thinking the cage did not come with the tray. Come to find out I should probably be a thorough reader. May have this as a backup. I try to clean my home clean along with where my dogs chill so will probably just have a backup.

It is Magic

My dog always walks when she poops so her the last piece or two would never make it on to the pee pads we lay out for her. Once we got this tray and cover it with pads she magically stays in the tray when she poops. It is like she now knows she needs to stay within the tray
