So convenient
We love this item for convenience. Attached it to the handle of our leash!
difficult to use
Impossible to open the clip to hook it on to anything.
Best option
I use a carabiner for the dispenser I want to remove often but I read the instructions on how to use the clip. It is difficult if your hands aren't strong enough. But it seems to hold up very well. I have 3 strong dogs, if they aren't pulling, there's times I'm holding the dispenser and not holding the leash but I try to always have my hand on the leash handle. I am thinking the ones that have broke on people are possibly holding their dogs leash by the dispenser. It unscrew like a jar and doesn't just click shut so I have never had a problem with the bags falling out when I drop the leash. And I drop it a lot. My dogs are off leash trained so I drop the leash after I get a bag to poop scoop so it's easier to poop scoop. I've read a lot of reviews on a lot of dispensers. I've got flexi leashes and I'm not fond of those dispensers compared to these. Sure it's convenient so I use them too but when I drop the leash for whatever reason, the flexi leash dispenser opens and the bags unroll onto the ground. So I will use these more now. I recommend them over any other.
Great Dispenser!
This is a much better dispenser than the previous one I bought from Chewy. The other one had a strap that just snapped and it kept coming loose and falling off the leash. This Frisco dispenser has a very secure hook, so it's not going anywhere once attached to the leash. Very good recommendation from the rep at Chewy. Thank you!
Great except for putting it on the leash!
It does exactly what I needed it to do - holds bags, refills easily, and stays securely on the leash. The only issue is that it took me twenty minutes to pry open the plastic clip to actually put it on the leash - the price of having it stay on, but a minor annoyance! Other than that, no complaints.
It works, its cheap, and whoever designed the clip is evil
The clip took a while to figure out. You have to figure out just the right way to open it (and I almost cut it to replace it with a different clip). The actual dispenser is good. Overall, not mad at it for the price And, as always, Chewy got everything to me insanely fast. Favorite place for pet supplies.
Not Designed for Disabilies
I can’t attach this to the leash - which is the point - and I’m surprised it passed product accessibility standards.

After an initial challenge of figuring out how to use the clasp without breaking it, this little dispenser works well.
Nice scent
As someone who isn't a fan of scented products I found these to be delightful. good size and easy to use. Love the hooked latch on the Dispenser. Makes sure that it doesn't fall off and will be there when I need it.
Form over Function
It shouldn’t be this difficult to use but works great once you wrestle the attachment clip open. It does however, have a great price point and is suppose to be earth friendly’er. Two steps forward, one step back...
