How? Cannot open the loop
I don't know how to open loop. Gets the job done
After reading the reviews, I was able to get the latch open-(hold the top and bottom of the clasp and give a hard squeeze) still think there should be a redesign there. But this is way better than the ball of plastic grocery bags I used to carry along with us on our walks!
Does the job
It’s perfect, I actually got it for free during the buy 2 sale. I’m so happy with it. It was a little hard to open but if you use your thumb it opens rather easy. The only thing I wish it had was something that makes the bags easier to separate. Other than that it’s great
The hook is incredibly difficult to open
Haven’t got the chance to use the bag yet, the case itself is solid, but trying to open the hook to put on my dog leash was almost impossible, my thumb and index fingers was red and painful and still couldn’t open it, ended up had to use my teeth.. they should really change the design
I kept the bags and threw away the dispenser
The clip on the dispenser is impossible to open. I took out the bags and put them in another bag holder that I have. Threw away the dispenser. Worthless
great helper
Not the best clasp to attach to leash but it is doable and for the price and how many bags you get, it’s a go for me.
could not use
I could not, for the life of me, get the hook to open to put on my dog's leash. I tried multiple times and only ended up hurting my hands. Currently trying to return this.
Unopenable
I purchased this to replace a similar bag holder that often falls off my dog's leash because the clasp is loose. The clasp on this one looked to be sturdier. That, it turns out, is an understatement. There is no way to actually open the clasp on this one to attach it to the leash (or anything else). It is completely useless as a dispenser unless you plan to put it in your pocket, which pretty much defeats the purpose.
Plastic poop bag holder
It is secure, and much sturdier but the down side is I find it heavy on the leash.
Not easily acsessible
I was really hopeful about this one but had a difficult time hooking this thing up to my backpack/purse. Plus I couldn't always get those darn bags out or cut them properly. Wish it was just made to be a little bit user friendly.
