First, if you have a dog who doesn’t want to be in their crate, this is not for you. Our dogs LOVE their crates and hang out in them with the doors open. Since I have come to the realization I will always have a crate in the living room I decided to get one that looked nicer. This crate is priced right and is perfect. I love that the doors open in the center and on the end. I came on the site to buy a second one for our other dog and they are out of stock. One of the best purchases I have made. LOVE this crate
I tried putting it together by myself. Well that turned into a disaster. The side flew back. It really is particle board. So unable to screw back together. I called Chewy. Could not have more accommodating. This time my friend came over to help. It did take longer than a minute. We didn’t know what a couple of pieces were. We watched the video. BTW two people were putting it together. But if you do exactly as the directions say, it all comes tightly together. Just amazing. The best part is the children (doggies) went right in. No more crate in the middle of the family room.
This kennel was easy to assemble BUT it did seem smaller than a 42 in wire kennel I had prior. Definitely recommend if your dog is properly kennel trained as stated and I will be waiting to order a third one once back in stock
I searched quite a bit for a crate that looked nice, and wasn't super expensive. This was out of stock for awhile, but once it came back, I snatched it. Don't be afraid of putting it together, but you need to be patient and follow the directions EXACTLY as written. The holes for us were lined up perfectly and all parts were in working condition. My 8 year old helped me assemble it and it came together really well.
Ordered two of these. One came missing hardware and a major part. The other came missing the essential pre-drilled holes required for assembly. Made and pre-packaged in China, shipped to U.S., sold by U.S. companies....and consumer is left "holding the bag." It would be a nice product if it was reliably put together and packaged in China. Also, there is no "floor" to this unit (plastic tray only that sits on your floor).
We have two small dogs who slept in separate crates. We wanted to have them sleep together so we purchased this Fresco dog crate. It took a while for our pups to get used to being in the same crate, but now they seem to be happy to be together. This crate is very well made, was delivered promptly, and we are most happy that our dogs agreed to sleep together!
Nice quality, sturdy, and looks great. Putting it together took about 30 minutes. My small-framed golden retriever who is surprisingly 60lbs. fits in the med/large 35" version with just enough space to stretch out while lying down but there's not a lot of space above her head.
Easy to assemble. Looks great and love the two openings. I have a min pin and a Boston Terrier. Both fit well in the crate and they seem to love it. Serves as an end table as well.
Unit looks nice in our living area while providing comfortable place for our dog to relax safely and still be part of family activity.
Maybe I got a dud but this was literally impossible to put together. I tried three times. And I consider myself pretty good at “paint by numbers” furniture. Too bad cause I really like the look of it.
