Great affordable bed
Well made product at half the cost of the Kong beds. I checked out both and the fabric is the same. The only difference is Kong uses a zipper and Chewy uses velcro. The velcro secures well and is on the side facing downward. For the price it's a great bed!
Perfect for Destructive Dogs
Finally found a dog bed that our dog does not want to destroy. Thick material but still cushioned for the dog to sleep on. We've gone through 5 different dog beds until we found this one that has lasted without any indication of wear.
Love this mat
I had ordered a more expensive mattress but Major immediately started to tear it up. Also this was too large for his crate and Chewy gave me refund and told me to donate it. I then ordered this mat and he loves it. I laid a rug on top of this one that he was laying on so he accepted this mat. Now he lays in his crate all through the day and chooses to sleep on it at night. 91 pounds of frisky dog. This was a great choice. Every other mat I have ordered did not last over 20 minutes. Truth, if it has foam it is a goner. Thank you Chewy for giving me the chance to get Major another mattress that fit his crate. I didn't expect it.
Fantastic product
The material on this is the same exact fabric as the indestructible beds (which with enough will can be/will be/ have been destroyed). I love the height of the foam that gives my dog a lot more support than a flat pad and the removable cover. Surprised to find that the foam is actually in a second water resistant cover which is fantastic. Amazing value for product
Great crate bed
I bought this crate bed for my senior GSD and she loved it immediately. She curled up and I could tell it felt more comfortable for her than her previous sherpa crate pad. I like that it is waterproof and has a removable and washable cover.
Creature Comforts farm
Absolutely love these tuff crate mats. Just as durable as K9 Ballistics at a 1/3 the price and with their buy 2 get the 3rd free saved even more. I have rescue/ foster dogs so used this sale to get all of them new beds. I think my only issue/suggestion would be better use of shipping boxes. I received 11 large boxes 3ft× 3ft x 2 ft, each have only one 42" pad in it. These boxes could easily have fit 3 pads in each. Just saying. Love the pads though.
Not so durable
My dog has chewed through every crate mat that she has had, including this one. We were hoping that the more durable material would stop her, but alas she has killed another mat. If you have a strong chewer, this bed will not likely work out for you.
Good first impressions!
It was a bit hard to find this listing (Chewy really should have chew resistant as a search option!), but my first impressions are really good. The shipping package was much bigger than I expected, thinking this would be a floppy mat, but I was thrilled to find a really nice solid fo bed with really sturdy appearing fabric. This has every appearance of being nice and durable!
Not durable.
We bought this for our son's dog. This dog chews everything. It didn't last a day. He easily chewed off the corner and pulled out a quarter of the stuffing. If you need a crate pad that is durable, don't buy this one. Other than that, it is a nice pad at a good price.
Durable Product
My dog seems very comfortable. He is also a big chewer, and so far, fingers crossed, hasnt started attacking this mat yet.
